"Amazing find for the price. Entrance is not typical, but also not hard to find and was worth it for the rooms. Such welcoming hosts and clean rooms. Spacious and good ac, no mosquitos. We had an issue with aircon and were moved to another room with no fuss. Also booked tours with this hotel at good price. Daily water. Definitely recommend."

"Extremely satisfied! Five stars is the maximum rating here, but not the hotel's maximum potential, if you know what I mean! First, the hotel is just 50 meters to the right after disembarking from the pier. No need for further transfers, which saves a lot of time and hassle, especially since you don't have to climb any stairs. From what I observed, many hotels on the island, especially resorts, require you to climb stairs even if staff are assisting with transportation. Second, the hotel's sea-view rooms have balconies with lounge chairs, and the view is dotted with longtail boats – absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery after a day of activities. Third, the room was spacious and clean, with very new facilities. The subtle scent of aromatherapy was very pleasant, and the room looked exactly like the photos on their official website. Fourth, it offers great value for money and includes breakfast. There's a wide selection of fruits, bread, coffee, juice, fried rice, fried noodles, and desserts. You can also order omelets and ham for free, and the breakfast area is a sea-view restaurant! Fifth, the location is incredibly convenient. You can catch a boat to Long Beach right outside, walk 300 meters for kayaking, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores within 100 meters – super convenient! Finally, and very importantly, I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination against Chinese guests, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. Everyone was equally friendly. I had emailed the hotel in advance, explaining that my parents are elderly and need extra care, requesting adjacent rooms with good balcony views. The hotel replied promptly and thoughtfully arranged everything. When we arrived at the front desk around 11 AM, they immediately brought us welcome drinks and even had one room cleaned for us so my parents could check in early and rest! The entire trip was wonderful! If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a swimming pool. But honestly, when you're on Koh Phi Phi, who needs a pool?! There was also a little bit of noise, as it's close to the pier, but the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent soundproofing, so I didn't find it disturbing at all. Other than that, it's all positives! In short, our two-day trip to Koh Phi Phi was made even more enjoyable and happy thanks to this hotel!"

"This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, which is exactly what makes it so appealing. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and ready to help. There's a free breakfast in the morning, and the entire place is spotless. If I ever come back, I'm definitely staying here again!"

"I visit Koh Phi Phi very often, and this is one of the best and most value-for-money hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I once forgot my room key late at night, and they assisted me right away without any hesitation. The location is great—close to the viewpoint, with restaurants right in front and a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley. Highly recommended!"

"Located just a few minutes' walk from Tonsai Pier, tucked away in a small alley, the hostel is next to a bar, though you can hear a bit of noise at night. They offer free coffee, water, bananas, cookies, and toast. Breakfast is a simple option for those who aren't picky. The women's rooms are on the second floor, each with a separate access card, so security is not an issue. The blackout curtains are very effective at blocking out light, so you can leave your own light on without disturbing others. The beds are large, and there are lockers and safes for luggage. Hair dryers are also provided. The toilet and shower are inside the room, separated by a door, so showering late won't disturb others. Air conditioning is on all day. My only regret is the lack of a drying area and the absence of air conditioning in the common area/lounge; you have to go inside the room to use the air conditioning. Otherwise, it's perfect, and the staff are very friendly! I highly recommend this place."

"This was my first time staying in a hostel alone while traveling solo because I wanted to make new friends. I’m so glad I found this place! The room was clean, with two bunk beds (four beds in total) and a private bathroom with a shower inside. The hostel is not far from the center of Phi Phi, but far enough that you won’t hear party music while sleeping. As a guest, you can also join the parties and activities at Slumber Party Hostel, which is really fun! The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful! Especially Su, Pan, Lyn, and Cem. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. And a big thanks to my roommate Luca for keeping me company and exploring together. "The overall experience was good. The lady who works there is helpful if you are a first timer visiting the Island like us. She’s quite informative and cares a lot for your pleasant stay on the island. If you’re clueless about how things work, she gives good recommendations as well. She booked us a private boat for island hopping and also booked us a good ferry back to Phuket. We are grateful. The only drawbacks would be the room facilities. Oh, there was a faulty smell in the room, (bearable though) not sure if it was from the bathroom or from outside. Of course we can’t expect everything to be perfect since it’s an island."

"The room was spacious and more open and comfortable than expected. Great location, no sea view but very convenient for getting around, close to the pier. It was clean, the bed was soft, the air conditioning was good, and the water pressure was excellent; it wasn't salty or brackish. Absolutely fantastic!"

"How to stay overnight, it's great. And the railroad is right over the head and the light bulb. Even the towel and water are given. The service is wonderful. But the smell of the night was not particularly pleasant for me. Otherwise it's wonderful"
