Phi Phi Islands Hostels

"Extremely satisfied! Five stars is the maximum rating here, but not the hotel's maximum potential, if you know what I mean! First, the hotel is just 50 meters to the right after disembarking from the pier. No need for further transfers, which saves a lot of time and hassle, especially since you don't have to climb any stairs. From what I observed, many hotels on the island, especially resorts, require you to climb stairs even if staff are assisting with transportation. Second, the hotel's sea-view rooms have balconies with lounge chairs, and the view is dotted with longtail boats – absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery after a day of activities. Third, the room was spacious and clean, with very new facilities. The subtle scent of aromatherapy was very pleasant, and the room looked exactly like the photos on their official website. Fourth, it offers great value for money and includes breakfast. There's a wide selection of fruits, bread, coffee, juice, fried rice, fried noodles, and desserts. You can also order omelets and ham for free, and the breakfast area is a sea-view restaurant! Fifth, the location is incredibly convenient. You can catch a boat to Long Beach right outside, walk 300 meters for kayaking, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores within 100 meters – super convenient! Finally, and very importantly, I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination against Chinese guests, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. Everyone was equally friendly. I had emailed the hotel in advance, explaining that my parents are elderly and need extra care, requesting adjacent rooms with good balcony views. The hotel replied promptly and thoughtfully arranged everything. When we arrived at the front desk around 11 AM, they immediately brought us welcome drinks and even had one room cleaned for us so my parents could check in early and rest! The entire trip was wonderful! If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a swimming pool. But honestly, when you're on Koh Phi Phi, who needs a pool?! There was also a little bit of noise, as it's close to the pier, but the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent soundproofing, so I didn't find it disturbing at all. Other than that, it's all positives! In short, our two-day trip to Koh Phi Phi was made even more enjoyable and happy thanks to this hotel!"

"Traveling with two adults and two children, I booked this place quite late, and given the general price hikes around Chinese New Year, there weren't many options, so I chose this one. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The room only had four beds and four bath towels, with two small bottles each of disposable shampoo and shower gel – nothing else. For 500 RMB for four people during Chinese New Year, it was okay. The listing stated no children allowed, but after emailing the hotel, they confirmed children are welcome, and their email reply was quite fast."

"The room was spacious and more open and comfortable than expected. Great location, no sea view but very convenient for getting around, close to the pier. It was clean, the bed was soft, the air conditioning was good, and the water pressure was excellent; it wasn't salty or brackish. Absolutely fantastic!"

"The staff really do make this place. I arrived to the sister hostel by mistake and they had a staff member collect me and carry my rucksack for me, fantastic service after travelling in from boat. Hostess very polite and welcoming. Youngest staff member very funny and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay A very well air conditioned common area that led to a kitchen that had snacks and basic food completely complimentary. A nice touch for no extras charge. You can hear music from the beach clubs in the distance but you are far enough out that it’s peaceful and away from the chaos of phiphi main strip. If I’m ever back on the island I know exactly where I’d stay. Thank you. t"

"Had an awesome stay at Slumber Party Phi Phi! The vibe is super fun, staff are friendly, and it’s a great spot to meet people. I stayed in a private room and the bed was really comfortable, plus everything was clean and well kept. The location is ideal—close to town, the beach, and just a short walk to Slinky bar. Felt very safe with big lockers in the dorms and the option to leave valuables with staff. The on-site bar has good drink specials, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Bonus points for the little pool with a waterslide—such a fun touch! Highly recommend."

"The rooms are clean, but you have to go to the reception to clean them. You have to buy your own water. There are towels, smart TV in the rooms, you can watch YouTube. In general, it's good."

"How to stay overnight, it's great. And the railroad is right over the head and the light bulb. Even the towel and water are given. The service is wonderful. But the smell of the night was not particularly pleasant for me. Otherwise it's wonderful"
