"When you arrive at the pier, look for staff in red uniforms holding the hotel's name; they can help with your luggage. 👍 The room had neatly folded elephant towels. 👍 The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, and I could hear the music from the bar outside. It's a non-refundable booking, so make sure to consider that carefully 🙉 especially if you book an expensive room, as there might be cheaper ones available later."

"Away from all the hussle and bustle of the town to enjoy a moments peace however still near enough to dip in when you choose. A basic no frills apartment. A nice little plunge pool to cool off in. Kettle, safe, tv and fridge in room. Fresh towels and water everyday. They were however building behind our room."

"First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel ."

"A porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.  This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was a service we didn’t even know existed: upon arriving at the port in Phi Phi, we were pleasantly surprised to find staff waiting to help with luggage and guide us to the hotel. It made the arrival so much smoother, especially in the heat and crowds. The luggage service was incredibly efficient and thoughtful — we didn’t have to worry about dragging our bags through the busy streets. It was such a great first impression and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again — and now we’ll definitely be telling others to look out for that port-side welcome!"

"This is a really great hotel! The bungalows are nestled in the jungle, some with sea views and some without, due to the abundance of trees in front of them. There's a wonderful little beach right in front of the restaurant, complete with comfy beanbag loungers. Plenty of shade too. Breakfast is served with a sea view, just 10 meters from the water. The canopy bed is incredibly soft, and they provide pajamas for two guests. The shower even has air conditioning, which isn't always a given! While the bungalows aren't brand new, they are incredibly cozy. There's a hammock outside, and handmade wooden tables and chairs. Important note: the property is quite large. It took us about 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurant via steps and paths. This might not be suitable for people with small children or mobility issues. In the evenings, lizards scurry across the roof and outer walls; they can be quite loud and rustle around. Although they don't get inside, they live between the wooden boards of the house and terrace, and the sounds can be quite startling to some."

"I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer."

"I didn't like the hotel. Pros: Great location right on the seafront, 10 minutes' walk to Tonsai Pier. Umbrellas provided. Cons: Unique rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows – you either sit in the ”aquarium” where everyone can see you, or with the curtains closed. They could at least have added some sheer curtains. It's especially fun when you have a ”gorgeous” view of the wall. The room is tiny, with no room to turn around. Cleaning is only upon request. If you don't put a sign on the door, they won't even take away the trash or supply water. It's very unpleasant to return to an uncleaned room. In such a case, there should be a notice that cleaning is only upon request. There are no face towels, only large ones for the body. Beach towels are provided at reception. The WiFi isn't very good; the connection drops constantly. The breakfasts are very modest, and the system for choosing dishes from the menu is completely unclear. There's a mosque near the hotel, and you might be awakened by loud prayers at 5 a.m. Getting to a comfortable swimming beach requires a boat ride or a long walk along the shore."

"The location is nice with the great view from the reception, at least. We got a room with no view, though. They provide service when they can deliver baggage from the pier to the reception of the hotel (see the attached picture). You have to be prepared to climb stairs. There were around 150 stairs to our room. However, the view is worth it. Overall, the room is pretty big with all the necessary things. They also delivered our suitcases to the pier on the checkout date. Good place for the good price! We had a moonshine and asked for the room with a good view, however, they didn't provide us that type of room."
