Guest UserThis hotel is perfectly located for an early flight out of Bristol airport. Check in was smooth and hassle free as we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was clean and provided us with everything we required for a comfortable overnight stay.
The hotel menu was limited and basic, but the food served was reasonable and fairly priced. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We would definitely stay at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol airport again.

XizesissorThe hotel boasts an excellent location right in Bristol city center, next to the City Hall and a church. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and since a room was available, they kindly allowed us to check in early. The English breakfast was quite good, especially the roasted button mushrooms, which were delicious. However, I have a major complaint: this Marriott doesn't have air conditioning, and the room windows are sealed shut, meaning they can't be opened at all. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly airtight. Even after borrowing a small fan from the hotel, it was still uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Our son was chosen to play the champion cup in Llanelli on the weekend. So we had to come from Paris and looked for the best possible to come for the day.
We decided to fly to Bristol and rented a car to Llanelli. Very Late arrival at the reception, a guy was very friendly to welcome us. The room was very clean and big, the bed was very comfortable. There were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea and biscuits to welcome us. It’s too good to use only for just sleeping.
Car park is £15 a night and there is breakfast if you pay.
Please double check if you drive from the Bristol airport using Navi, it might take you completely opposite direction for 4mils near “the Inn”.

Guest UserEnvironment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat
Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee
You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark. By the way, the lack of lights in the room is a small problem. Living in a high-rise not only has a good view of the church and the Ferris wheel, but the key is that it is very bright. I stayed there for seven days and was satisfied when I moved to a high-rise room

srchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned.
There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive.
Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city.

Stayed for a couple days and had a brilliant stay with fridge, oven, stove, microwave , toaster and kettle in the room. Cutlery and Crockery and utensils all there making the stay much more enjoyable and helpful and easy enough to check in online before turning up. Lovely quiet hotel made up of studio apartments. Will hopefully return one day

The bad-
1)Check in is only between 4-10pm so be aware.
2)Host (male) was unwelcoming and sarcastic on arrival, after a long journey - unnecessary 😏
3) Room 2- Bed squeaked throughout night with every movement. Thats the worst negative!
The good-
1) Room lovely, spacious and clean, including bathroom
2) Good range of Tea/Coffee and biscuits
3) Cost of room good value for money, central location

Guest UserIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
