"I arrived at Broken Hill Station by train at 7:30 PM, and it was a 3-minute walk from the station. I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant next door. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. The bath towels were clean and odorless. Although I could hear voices from the next room through the wall, it was quiet late at night and I slept well. The staff were friendly."

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Bed was excellent and so was the linen and towels. Entire place is very clean and lovely to have access to the pool after a hot day. Set 200meters from the Main Street it is in a fantastic, quiet location. Having access to the kitchen for breakfast is very convenient. Cath is very friendly and gave us some excellent tips. Highly recommend"

"The facility was old but that shouldn’t be an excuse for dirty. The kitchen was poorly equiped. The bed was like a banana with pillows that resembled marshmallows. The service was appalling; there was never anybody at reception when you needed assistance. When you asked for items like kitchen cutlery and dish clothes, they never materialised. We were charged for three nights but only stayed for two and told it was because we booked through ***********. Really!!! Run for your life."
