Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience. That said, the room was smaller than I expected based on the photos. The bathroom was also located inside one of the bedrooms, which made things a little awkward when multiple people were staying in the unit. Another strange detail was that there were no large bath towels provided. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s close to the beach and within easy reach of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room also had a full kitchen, which was a nice feature. However, it was missing basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, and silverware, so it wasn’t really possible to make full use of the kitchen. Despite a few inconveniences, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it a solid choice for a beach getaway.

The sea view is good and able to see whole beach. But the bathroom is not really good because it does not have any curtain or door to separate the bathing area and toilet. The whole bathroom becomes wet after anyone took the shower. Also there was a spider in the room when i arrived. Luckily there is another room for me.

The cleaning wasn't very thorough, as there were various packaging lids left by the previous guest next to the sink. Be careful where you go, as there's no subway station nearby! It takes half an hour by bus to get to the nearest station! However, this doesn't stop me from loving taking the bus; Busan buses are very convenient. The staff service was good; they provided translation software to communicate with guests. Amenities and bottled water were unlimited. I was grateful to be given a bathtub room; I bought four bath bombs and used them several times, the water pressure and hot water were very consistent. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby; the bus service is frequent, which is great. The room was large with a beach view; the sofa was a bit short, but the bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I really liked the hotel. It’s in a great location—a 7- to 10-minute walk to the beach and about the same distance to the metro, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s a convenience store right inside the hotel building; I went there a few times at night for a snack. The hotel is on a quiet street, so we couldn’t hear any nighttime noise. The room was cozy, too, but I was on a lower floor with no view; the window was far from the bed, and it felt like I was in a dark room with no windows or doors. It took me a while to get used to the dimness on the first day. The only downside for me personally was the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. Maybe it’s not like that in all rooms, but keep that in mind if you also catch a cold easily from the AC. The lovely housekeeping staff left bottles of water for me by the door to my room even though my ”Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging there. That was so kind of them, thank you

Facilities: The air conditioning in the room was problematic. It worked fine on the first night, but started turning itself off automatically on the second night. Hotel staff came and told us to use the remote control instead of the panel, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, on the third day, the remote control also started restarting infinitely. Luckily, it wasn't too hot those days, so we didn't really need the AC. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but the bed wasn't re-made. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right above Haeundae Market. Everything you need is downstairs, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Haeundae subway station Exit 3. Walking to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Blue Line Park Capsule Train takes about 20 minutes along the beach, which doesn't feel too far at all. Service: The front desk has a scale for weighing luggage before you leave, and there's also a microwave if you need to heat up food.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—it’s close to both the subway station and Haeundae Beach, making it very convenient. The room and bathroom were spotless, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was also well-equipped with cooking utensils, so there was no need to worry if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Having a washing machine in the room was another big plus, as we didn’t have to bring dirty clothes back home. The only downside was that there didn’t seem to be any housekeeping service during our stay. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned while we were there. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are welcoming and incredibly kind. The mattress is also very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Busan thanks to the comfort of this room. It has everything you need to relax and explore Busan, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away.

It was difficult to find the hotel; the address on Trip.com's map didn't match, confusing it with the building next door. The reception staff were friendly. However, in the morning, when I wanted to have breakfast, the lady asked me to pay an extra 18,000 won for it, even though I had already paid. We had trouble understanding each other, and I had to pay again to eat. For that price, not even coffee was included with breakfast. The pool was nice and warm.

We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes.

5 stars is Ctrip's limit, not this hotel's limit!!!!! We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, and on the fourth day, I sprained my ligament. A big thank you to the front desk lady at Lavie D'or Haeundae for helping us find a large hospital 400 meters from the hotel on the map. We were in and out in 2 hours. She also reassured me that many people sprain their ankles in Korea, and she was very kind. Facilities: Excellent. The toilet was automatic, and the shower had great water pressure and was super hot. The only minor issue was that the blinds let in too much light, making it very bright in the mornings. I'd suggest adding blackout curtains. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Good. The room was spacious, with plenty of room even with two large suitcases open. Service: The front desk was incredibly helpful, providing whatever we needed. Housekeeping is every 4 days, and you can pick up water and fresh towels downstairs daily.

Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront

Amazing

The moment we stepped into the room, our family of five gasped in amazement! This oceanfront hotel cost less than NT$6,000 per night, yet it accommodated five of us – what an incredible deal! The room featured two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Beyond the bedrooms, there was an open-plan kitchen and a generous living room. In the evenings, we'd bring back fried chicken and late-night snacks, and the whole family would gather in the living room to chat and eat, truly giving us that holiday vibe. What captivated me most was the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking photos, whether it was daytime or sunset. Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful. And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip. If you're heading to Busan soon, I highly recommend saving Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family, I believe the value for money here is outstanding.

The hotel's location is a bit average, about a 10-15 minute walk to the main Haeundae road, but it's super easy to get a taxi right outside, and Uber always finds us without a problem. The main reason I wanted to leave a review, though, is because of the free robot coffee in the lobby – it's absolutely brilliant, LOL! Here's how it works: First, you tap the screen to get a ticket. You only have two choices: iced Americano or hot Americano. Then, Robot 1 starts making your coffee. Once it's ready, Robot 2 places the coffee on the serving counter. You scan the QR code on your ticket, the glass window on the serving counter opens, and you can grab your coffee. Finally, just toss your ticket into the trash can on the table.

We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days. Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes). I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!

Not far from Haeundae Subway Exit 7, the uncle at the front desk was very kind and even lent me a charging cable. The bed was large and on the firm side, which I personally liked. A minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the mirror would fog up. Overall, it was good.

Booked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed. Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay . Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel. For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, do note that the intercity bus terminal has shifted to a bus-stop further away, so you will need to walk distance to reach the hotel.

Facing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day. Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container .... However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.

There was a Gstar event, so I went to Busan to visit the hostel. There is no room. It's a 2 night 3 day journey. I couldn't help but find a pretty pastel motel. Still, I believed in the trip and booked for one night. And the moment I entered, the time machine line ... I accepted the key with a long room number and opened the visit. Mink blanket on pink wall color.. electric blanket on mattress ... Cold wind blowing from closed windows ... It's not a motel, it's like an old inn on TV.. ㅠㅠ But thanks to you, it was one night that made me remember the memories of my childhood in a smiling room.. Wifi was good and the warm water came out well..
