Posted on Jul 24, 2026|Ocean View Deluxe Family Room (Two Bedrooms, Max. 6 Guests)

The moment we stepped into the room, our family of five gasped in amazement! This oceanfront hotel cost less than NT$6,000 per night, yet it accommodated five of us – what an incredible deal!
The room featured two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Beyond the bedrooms, there was an open-plan kitchen and a generous living room. In the evenings, we'd bring back fried chicken and late-night snacks, and the whole family would gather in the living room to chat and eat, truly giving us that holiday vibe.
What captivated me most was the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking photos, whether it was daytime or sunset. Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful.
And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip.
If you're heading to Busan soon, I highly recommend saving Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family, I believe the value for money here is outstanding.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is a bit average, about a 10-15 minute walk to the main Haeundae road, but it's super easy to get a taxi right outside, and Uber always finds us without a problem. The main reason I wanted to leave a review, though, is because of the free robot coffee in the lobby – it's absolutely brilliant, LOL!
Here's how it works: First, you tap the screen to get a ticket. You only have two choices: iced Americano or hot Americano. Then, Robot 1 starts making your coffee. Once it's ready, Robot 2 places the coffee on the serving counter. You scan the QR code on your ticket, the glass window on the serving counter opens, and you can grab your coffee. Finally, just toss your ticket into the trash can on the table.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days.
Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes).
I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!

Not far from Haeundae Subway Exit 7, the uncle at the front desk was very kind and even lent me a charging cable. The bed was large and on the firm side, which I personally liked. A minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the mirror would fog up. Overall, it was good.

Guest UserBooked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed.
Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay .
Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel.

Facing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.

There was a Gstar event, so I went to Busan to visit the hostel.
There is no room. It's a 2 night 3 day journey. I couldn't help but find a pretty pastel motel. Still, I believed in the trip and booked for one night. And the moment I entered, the time machine line ...
I accepted the key with a long room number and opened the visit.
Mink blanket on pink wall color.. electric blanket on mattress ...
Cold wind blowing from closed windows ...
It's not a motel, it's like an old inn on TV.. ㅠㅠ
But thanks to you, it was one night that made me remember the memories of my childhood in a smiling room.. Wifi was good and the warm water came out well..
