"It's not worth staying in, expensive with bad stay The room was old, and the breakfast was very limited, but what was worse was the cleanliness of the room. When I came, i saw the bed not clean as if they had been used before, and they just only made and , The bathroom was very very small and there was nothing in it to hang clothes, so I had to put clothes on the wash basin, but When I came after cleaning the room, I saw that the someone from housekeeping destroyed 1 piece from my clothes by some cleaning agent while she was cleaning the room. I really had never faced such a problem before in another hotel. In the end, the room price is very expensive compared with what offer from the services and rooms and there is no view or anything special It does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel"

"Aleph Boutique is such a charming stay in Byblos. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice touches that make you feel at home. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the whole experience memorable. The breakfast with views of the castle and sea is a great way to start the day, and the rooftop at sunset is even better for dinner! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Byblos."

"We stayed in the hotel for it's location and we booked the junior suite for the jacuzzi, it was very dirty, we didn't expect that this property to be low maintained, we turned on the jacuzzi 3 times dispensing black residue and sewage water, after the complain the only solution from the hotel was after hours, and it was to change the room at midnight which was too late and unprofessional from their part, no compensation was offered. the only good thing about the hotel was the restaurant staff thanks to Ghady and Tony at the breakfast buffet for their care and friendliness."

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at 365 Urban Living. Beautiful entrance cafe and lounge. Elevator took us up to a stylish and upscale hallway that lead to our modern, spacious, clean and welcoming room with a view. Beautiful marble and glass bathroom with rain shower where amenities were provided daily. Breakfast was also served daily in the communal dining room. Yummy selections of foods and coffees. Location was great. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Even a beauty salon across the street. Can’t wait to visit Byblos again. We’ll be looking forward to returning to 365 Urban Living. Our home away from home."

Room: we booked a suite, and it is spacious and huge. 4. Breakfast gets enough variety of choices. 5. Stable and fast WiFi Cons: 1. Lack of some basic facilities and toiletries, like shampoo,  kettle, water. 2. The room is very dim. "

"Great Stay at Sands Hotel Very nice place with a very affordable price per night. It’s located very close to the beach, the souk, and the castle. The hotel offers a lovely view—especially if you book a higher floor. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the castle right in front of you. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but it’s good and reasonably priced. The place is clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Dany, the lady with blonde hair, and both Tonys for your great hospitality and warm welcome. I’ll definitely come again!"

"During my stay, my AirPods were stolen and money was taken from my wallet. When this was reported, no meaningful action was taken by management. Additionally, despite the hotel claiming to have Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is none. At best, you may connect briefly in the lobby if you’re lucky. The breakfast is below average. No laundry service. This level of service and security is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here."
