"We had decided to stop in Caltanissetta, before heading to Corleone and Palermo. The hotel is OK and the room big enough with all the basic requirements. Breakfast is fine but the real issue here is parking. The hotel is a renovated house, half way of long stairtway street and the car has to be parked nearby (wherever you can find a space..) The staff helps you with the luggage, but better pack lightly!"

"It was negative experience I never had before. By Whatsapp I informed the proprietor about the time and train of my arrival to Caltanissetta and received his confirmation. But when I found the property there was nobody and nobody responded my calls for 2 hours. It was strong rain and I asked the staff of Palazzo Communale to arrange for me another lodging and was directed to other B&B only for 1 night (In Largo Barile I had 3 nights full payed). When I was already in the new B&B suddenly I received a call from Largo Barile and had no choice to return there. But I have already paied 1 night in the other B&B 35 euro and they refused to cancel the booking and return my payment becose the case was authorised in questura. A man who provided me with keys said that have nothing with the proprietor and know nothing. By Whatsapp I asked the proprietor to return me 35 euro and sent him the receipt. For all 2 days I was in the property I had no reply and did not see nobody of the staff. The AC in fact did not work, the breakfast included in my booking was not provided. In the room there were moskitos. Now I try to return my money by my booking agency. Avoid the place."
