"Girls weekend at the frozen lake. We stayed in Cabin 5 and absolutely loved it — four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a TV in every room, and a beautiful view of the lake. We’re already talking about coming back for our next getaway. We did have a minor issue with the fireplace (the previous occupants had turned it completely off), but the maintenance man came and figured out the problem quickly. Our interactions with the staff were great. Special shout out to Jonah in the restaurant. He makes super yummy cocktails and is a total sweetheart!! The food was great, the beds were comfy, and overall we had an amazing stay."

"I had booked through trip.com, it didn't give me the option to let them know we had a dog. So originally booked a 2 queen bed and 1 pull out couch Suite. We got there and they said the suite wasnt pet friendly so we got downgraded and had to get a cot and the room was smaller obviously but the room actually costed more with the $40 pet fee than the the price of the suite."

"I met my son at Madden's for a weekend in September. It was the perfect time to visit since the summer season was done and less crowded plus the weather was still warm. We had a cabin along the lake with a deck. Our cabin had 2 queen beds, bathroom, and small fridge/microwave. The cabin was clean, and housekeeping made daily stops to inquire if we needed anything. We wished there was a kitchenette to prepare a simple meal/snack. This resort is huge and offers many places for dining. We were even able to order from the pizza cafe and have it delivered to our cabin. We enjoyed walking on the property and along the lake. We also used the laundry facilities, which were not near our cabin, so we had to drive and find a place to park."
