Mount Airy, NC (home of Andy Griffith) and historic Galax, VA are 20-30 minutes away. The New River Trail State Park is 20 min drive. Enjoy the creek and fire pit, lay in the hammock, grill out, enjoy tranquility while also close to restaurants, hiking, biking, wineries and breweries.The spaceWelcome to our charming tiny cabin retreat nestled amidst towering pines and oaks. Perfect for couples, small families, and furry friends, our dog-friendly cabin offers a peaceful escape with a wonderful long view of a serene meadow and creek.Inside the Cabin:Our tiny cozy cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide all the comforts of home. It features warm décor, with new furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs.Main floor sleeping arrangements are a bedroom with new memory foam queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Up the loft steps, a twin bed is located in the "Eagles landing", with a new memory foam double bed in the bedroom. Please be aware that the stairs are quite steep and were not designed with railing. We recommend exercising caution when using them, especially for guests with mobility concerns, young children, or those who may be less sure-footed. Your safety and comfort are important to us, so please take care when choosing your sleeping arrangements.There is one bathroom with a shower downstairs, located off the kitchen. A small washer dryer is also available. Please note, these can accommodate only small loads of laundry. You'll find bath towels and smaller towels specifically for drying off after a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We've stocked quality shampoo, conditioner , and body wash, as well as some basic toiletries in case a guest forgets to bring an item.In the living room, the 55" TV streams Netflix, Hulu or any app on the Roku TV (you will need your own log in). The internet is provided by Starlink and is high speed! If you require additional firewood, we kindly ask that you bring your own or contact us. We offer the option to use more firewood for a small donation.
