Additional sleeping space in the living room with the queen size futon. Loft above garage has an open concept with 2 additional queen beds, kitchenette and second bathroom. The 2 separate spaces make it a perfect getaway for families, friends or groups with different schedules that still want to stay together. -Hot tub is available all year round and overlooks the Mississippi River.-Outdoor gas grill in screened in porch.-Boat ramp is right across the road from property.- 4 wheel / all wheel drive vehicles are necessary if there is a snow storm or bad weather during winter months.
