All bathrooms and kitchen have hardwood floors.Our cabin is located right next to Navajo ski run called "Paradise run" which is 50 to 60 yards out the back door. Please be advised, during heavy snow fall periods ski in/out may require increased effort that may not be suitable for everyone. There is a moderate incline as you return to the cabin which our posted pictures provide excellent visual perspective. Please note we are not responsible if Navajo closes its lifts or if the weather is extreme. If snow fall is 2 feet or greater it is difficult to ski in/out. Kitchen fully stocked amenities to meet all your cooking needs. Large dining room table and kitchen bar will accommodate all guests in one sitting while providing INCREDIBLE aerial views of Giant Steps.Cabin is equipped with a 22k kilowatt natural gas generator that keeps the power on during loss of Town power. Both rooms have brand UHD SMART LCD TVs for your private enjoyment. Additionally, there is a laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer. It is highlighted with windows that provide a breathtaking view of the entire Giant Steps side of Brian Head Ski Resort. This updated three-bedroom, four bath cabin offers incredible value in one of Brian Head’s most convenient locations, just minutes (less than a mile) from both sides of the mountain on plowed roads maintained by the city. With comfort in mind, we added air conditioning to our central forced air heating system for the 2nd & 3rd levels controlled by a thermostat located on 3rd level. Not many properties have AC on the mountain...when we purchased this we were told it wasn't necessary, however we realized it was and would be a benefit so we had an AC installed. Bring your hammocks because there's so many trees to hang from. Great Location just seconds from the "Greatest Snow on Earth". Just one mile to Brian Head Ski Resort (Giant Steps and Navajo ski lifts), 4 miles to Cedar Breaks National Monument, 60 Miles to Bryce Canyon National Park, 70 miles to Zion National Park and just a few feet from your very own piece of Dixie National Forest. The drive from Las Vegas is just 3 hours and the drive from Los Angeles is just 7 hours. The snow here is truly amazing or you can come during the summer time too and enjoy the cool weather and spectacular mountain biking and hiking at Brian Head resort. Ride the lifts up the mountain with your bikes and ride down the mountain. You can rent an off road vehicle and explore the trails that way if hiking is not your thing.
