Bathrooms and showers are fully stocked with towels, washcloths, tissue paper, kleenex, shampoo, body wash, etc. The deck is huge. The fire pits are wonderful. The views are breath taking.The 8 person Bullfrog hot tub is relaxing with a waterfall, lights, and music. Awesome pool table. There are games for kids, WiFi, Samsung TV with fire stick. Log in with your credentials to watch Disney+, Netflix, Hulu etc. The lazy boy recliner will spoil you. The bear crossing sign is LEGIT! I saw black bears roaming around eating berries on at least 4 different occasions [during my one week stay]. Fill the hummingbird feeder with sugar water and watch the show!! This place is fantastic. This 3-story, 2600 square foot mountain cabin is located on 1-1/2 acres inside of a gated community with all paved roads. There are two waterfalls inside the community. You will pass one of them on your way in so be on the lookout! There is an 1800 sq. ft. deck that is perfectly situated to take in the amazing sunsets. Enjoy an evening grilling your favorite meal or sitting around the fire table making memories. There is also a large 5-person Hot Tub that faces the west to give you yet another way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You may even catch a glimpse of the train that runs through the valley in the North Cove community. There is a large fire pit in the backyard to roast marshmallows or share a toast with your friends. The memories you will make are sure to warm your heart for years to come. There is also an arcade-themed game room inside on the 1st floor. Enjoy the nostalgia and test your skill on two multi game arcade machines (lots of games on both) or the classic fun of a Skeeball game. Please do not throw any paper or other items in the gas logs. Do not remove any screens and keep children away.14. The property is in a rural area and does not have municipal water and sewer services and uses a well and septic system. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No "feminine products" or "flushable cleansing cloths" should be flushed in any toilet. No food to be put down the garbage disposal.15. The water level in the hot tub must be maintained to the bottom of the headrest. (The hose is right by the hot tub on the side of home if more water is needed.) The rules for use of the Hot Tub are posted by the Hot Tub and are to be followed at all times. No food or glass are to be in or near the Hot Tub. Children MUST be supervised. DO NOT SIT OR LAY on top of the Hot Tub Cover.16. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guest party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.17. No more than 4 vehicles are recommended. Parking is not allowed on the neighborhood roadways.18. There is a wood fire pit area in the backyard. Fires should be kept at a reasonable and manageable level and always be under adult supervision. No fires are allowed if fire danger in area is at red level. The fire danger sign should be referenced at the North Cove Fire Dept on Hwy 221.19. FIREWORKS of any size nor the discharge of firearms are permitted.20. Neighborhood waterfalls are on private and should be viewed from the road way only.21. Guest are not allowed to operate ATV's on neighborhood roadways.22. There are no public hiking trails in the neighborhood.23. There are NO refunds given if you are not able to access the property due to inclement weather.Snow chains or 4 wheel drive maybe be needed to access property in winter months.24. 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 25.
