"Sure, this place is in Upper Yubeng, right across from the Traveler's Inn. If you're coming to Yubeng, you absolutely must try their food—it's so delicious! We had just finished hiking the Ice Lake Chenise, and they served us plate after plate—the speed was incredible, and it smelled amazing. It cost us around 40 RMB per person for seven people, which is a great deal! As for accommodation, the restaurant isn't noisy in the rooms, and you can charge your devices at the beds. The showers and toilets are shared and very close, which is very convenient. The hot water and water pressure are normal. After eating, you can also go to the Traveler's Inn across the street for a foot bath. It costs 30 RMB per person, and the herbal packs are quite large, better than those at Lower Yubeng Meiduo. Meiduo has two herbal packs, but they felt too small."

"Located in Upper Yubeng, the hotel boasts an excellent location! It's very clean, and they provide disposable toiletries with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The room directly faces the snow-capped mountains, offering stunning views of the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' (sunrise hitting the snow peaks). The owner is incredibly welcoming and provides excellent service. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, including floor heating, a smart toilet, and a humidifier. I experienced mild altitude sickness, and they thoughtfully provided an oxygen concentrator."

"Room has everthing you need (heating blanket, AC - altough not powerful enough for heating the room, waterboiler, cups) and a decent view over Deqin. However the house is quite old and even the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes lit in past days. The owner was very helpful and, even tough we had our language barriers, tried to answer our questions."

"Good choice if you would like to visit the sacred waterfall which is amazing. Lower Yubeng is a bit cheaper and quiter but still there are many food options. The room are big and clean. The village is undergoing a massive renovation and everything will look different in some years. Hurry up before the prices go up even higher."

"The biggest pleasant surprise of my Yubeng trip was definitely this guesthouse. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking vista of snow-capped mountains and pristine forests; when shrouded in mist, it felt like a fairyland. Waking up to that view each morning was truly healing – the scenery is so stunning it left me speechless! What made it even better was the warm service, especially from the front desk staff. They were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout, patiently helping us plan our hiking routes, reminding us of important precautions, and even proactively drying our soaking wet hiking shoes after our treks. The attention to detail showed so much warmth. Staying here offers both the tranquil beauty of nature and the thoughtful care of family. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Yubeng!"

"This hotel is ok. I was there for the new year and the prices was much less than all the other hotels around. So I didn’t mind if the confort wasn’t the best. The main problem is the cold, they don’t have electric blankets so I put a lots of blankets on me and was fine. I saw some comments saying there is no hot water for the shower. There is, you just need to wait 5 minutes for it to arrive."

"The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the church, and you can get there by strolling. Clean, comfortable, grand, and safe (next to the police station). After 8 pm, few restaurants in the town are open. We searched for a long time and found ”Old Soldier BBQ”, a barbecue restaurant opened by a ******* brother and sister. It is affordable and delicious. It is open until 3 or 4 in the morning. It is the only midnight snack in the town. It is really worth trying. The church is under maintenance, and the scaffolding is very unsightly. The red wine at the door of the church is good, which is better than the foreign brands of the same price. Recommended."
