Our cozy Guest House is ideal for a couple, small group of friends or small family (max= 4 people). The cabin is located next to our home on Forever Young Sanctuary, a 15 acre slice of heaven in the North Georgia mountains. We are a pet-friendly, simple living homestead with an eclectic menagerie of rescued animals including Alpacas, Donkeys and Lion-Head Bunnies. The Guest House has a small fenced-in back yard, a back patio with a gas grill & a private fire pit stocked with dry wood. The Forever Young Pavilion includes a large in-ground swimming pool, an eating area, a new gas grill, a large hot-tub and a spacious new bath house. To the left (facing the lake), is the master suite with a full spacious master bath, ample storage, a king size bed, and a front porch overlooking the lake. Off of the Great Room is a massive back deck, perfect for dining or unwinding with gorgeous views.Upstairs is an open loft with a full bathroom and flanked by two wonderful, large rustic bedrooms that sleep three in each room.Downstairs, you can enter the house from the two car garage into a carpeted mud room with large windows to the lake.
