"I visited Turi Beach Resort, Batam with my husband. He was there for a company team-building trip, while I travelled on my own for leisure. Security at the resort is quite strict, which made me feel safe. All guests and vehicles are checked before being allowed to enter. The resort has a beautiful seaside view and a very relaxing holiday vibe. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Do note that the resort is located away from the city. If you prefer nightlife or city activities, staying in Batam city would be more suitable. However, this resort is ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I especially enjoyed the different egg options, and the porridge was very nice too. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy nature."

"The hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon. Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk). In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k. If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out. Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly"

"Location is very nice ,only need to improve in where breakfast place is located in open space mixed with other howker centre not in the hotel .and not many variety to choose for breakfast. We stay two night but breakfast menu are almost the same"

"Morning view from the hotel room. Only concern I have is that I have requested additional small bottles of water but was being rejected and need to pay. Even though the rooms comes with 2 free bottles per day per room. The aircon is quite noisy and maybe need regular maintenance. 🧑🔧 took a while for the aircon to be cold enough for the room too. Recommended to stay here as it is very convenient too."

"There was no cleaning of room after i told them to come back a short while later as we were still not ready to leave for the day yet. Otherwise, location is the most important factor to stay here as it is within walking distance to everything you can possibly want. i.e. dry goods shops, wholesale shops for gloves, hair accessories and socks, lapis, convenience shop for drinks as their tap water is not drinkable."

"At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road."

"Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better"
