"Room we’re in has many issues; cooler not cooling; entrance light not working; TV volume can’t adjust, aircon not cold. Food is average, wished they have more quality selections; shuttle bus timing and size can’t cater to guests at all as reservations have to be made ahead of time (and if shuttle bus service is fully booked) you have to arrange for your own transportation to and from terminals like in our case"

"We booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around.
The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

"Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all"

"Hotel is 10-15 minutes drive away from mega mall and grand Batam mall. Grab is easy to get. We didn’t take it but the hotel also offers shuttle to the malls which was nice. We chose the location for the view away from the city buildings! Saw they had a small soccer and archery area, good for kids. Room was alright, nice view. Great gym, breakfast, and reception service from Mr Hary!"

"The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok"

"There is no hot water in the bathroom, no shampoo, no drinking water, no daily cleaning of the room (during a 3 night stay), even though the room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and pillowcases are not changed, and the room is not swept, a lot dust/ash... 🙏"

AadamtravelsI was excited to try this newly opened hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was a delay with the check-in (understandable cos it’s a weekend), from then on.. it was near perfect! First impression from the hotel staff were excellent. Even though it was a busy weekend, they remained professional and were able to attend to the needs of the guests. As for the rooms, it’s tastefully designed and the bed will assure you will have a good nights rest. As for amenities, they provided everything I needed.. A negative point would be the lackluster wifi, especially during the night and the hotel phone had issues. (May I suggest using a hotel WhatsApp system by scanning a QR code for essential engagement with guests, such as requesting for Ice, making spa arrangements etc.) I believe it has been implemented for in-room dining. As for the surroundings, it’s a 5 mins drive from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, walking distance to One Batam Mall and the essential street food, Indomart and ATM just across the road making it really convenient. Overall, knowing that it’s still less than a month’s old, it has exceeded all my expectations and I hope to return soon. Thank you to the team at Grand Mercure Batam Centre for the pleasant experience.

AAnonymous UserA small glass of welcome drink for each guest. Can skip the hotel buffet as many dishes were not replenished even if u started ard 915am & didnt taste good too. Limited varieties. We went batam together with groups of friends, all were given complimentary snacks & drinks except our room didn’t have any. Housekeeping should take note & improve on this. Live band at the lobby if u wana chill. Overall the stay was good thou.

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

The hotel's location was perfect, from the distance to major attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

AARJ92My husband and I had a one-night staycation at this beautiful resort, and it was truly a great experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was well taken care of. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a nice touch, and the staff throughout our stay were warm, friendly, and attentive.
The weather was quite hot, but we had planned ahead and booked an in-house BBQ with a sunset view — definitely one of the highlights. A special chef handled the BBQ just for us, and the server attending to us was equally pleasant and professional. We managed to catch the sunset for a few minutes before the dinner, which made the moment even more special.
The resort itself is stunning — clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety and quality, much more than we expected. The buggy drivers were also incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a cheerful smile. They even picked us up and sent us to the ferry terminal upon checkout, which made our departure smooth and stress-free.
We also visited the spa and tried both the Indonesian and Montigo massages. While we couldn’t really tell the difference between the two, the masseuses were skilled and professional. One small suggestion would be to include some relaxing background music during the massage, as the silence felt a bit too quiet.
The food overall was above average, even if not the absolute best we’ve had. Still, paired with the views and ambiance, it made for a lovely experience.
All in all, the resort is a perfect place for a peaceful weekend escape. The views are amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. While the price is on the higher side, it’s expected at a five-star resort — and in our opinion, it’s well worth it.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a short, luxurious break to recharge.

The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.

LLee ChingIt’s our first trip to this resort and we are really impressed with the place. There is a free transfer from nongsapura ferry terminal to the hotel even when we arrived on the last ferry. All the hotel staffs we met are friendly and helpful even though some of them do not speak/understand english very well. We booked the room with sea view and the view is beautiful. Lounge has live band till 12 midnight as well. There’s also room service for food till 9pm and the food is nice. The complimentary breakfast spread is not too bad as well. We will definitely come again. My emails to them are also replied promptly.
