"Self check in using machine. No 24hours reception. Small compact room but sufficient. Bathroom is much larger than expected. Location is good, shopping mall and bus/train station is just 5-7 minutes walk and there is supermarket nearby. Staff at office is helpful with the printing of luggage tag required for my luggage porting from Bergen to Oslo. However, the room temperature stays at 19/20 degC despite adjusting to 24degC, too cold for me. No foot towel provided. You may need to climb small flight of stairs for some rooms so take note if you have heavy luggage. No kettle in the room but you can use the kettle in kitchen, there are also disposable cutleries provided in kitchen. You can do laundry (subject to payment)."

"The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen."

"Housekeeping, trash disposal, replenishing toilet paper, or changing towels are all done every three days. If you need any of these services sooner, you'll need to inform the front desk, and they'll take care of it immediately. As for trash, I just left it outside my door when I went out, and it was already gone when I returned. The breakfast is very generous and served over a long period, from 6:30 AM until 9:30 AM or even 10:00 AM. The hotel is right next to a side exit of Bergen train station, making it very convenient with luggage. Another side exit of the train station leads directly to the light rail station, allowing for a seamless connection to the airport. The hotel hosts many tour groups, so the dining area can get quite busy during peak breakfast hours, typically between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner."

"The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly."

"The hotel was very close to my drop off point. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Although there was no hot drink facilities in the room there was a free tea/coffee machine in the reception area. I was only there for 1 night so not fully aware of their facilities but there was plenty of hot and cold choice for a free breakfast and also glutten free food on offer and a room to leave your luggage."

"We visited the bohemian in December, we thought that an elevator was available in the building and were disappointed it wasn’t. The staff however solved the problem immediately by carrying our luggage upstairs. The room is more than satisfying: very beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you need. Just a proposal for the bookings through other sites: people don’t get all the information to check in, maybe there is a better communication plan needed.."

"The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, though quite small. The view from the entrance was pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Tram Line 1, making it convenient for airport access. However, the earliest Tram Line 1 service isn't until 5:50 AM. I had booked the room at a slightly higher price, and later found a lower rate on Ctrip. When I tried to inquire about a price adjustment for the difference, the hotel was completely unreasonable and quite unhelpful. It's located next to a local neighborhood with a supermarket, but it closes early. A minor drawback is that if you get hungry late at night, the hotel lobby doesn't sell any food."
