Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall.
Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

The room we got was old, did not have a shower. Just a bathtub. They didn’t bother to fill the soap dispenser in the shower. For an Asian hotel, this had no bidet.
When called to request room change to one that had shower. The customer service said that the duty manager would be calling us but no called ever came in.
For the price, the room was a disappointment. The hotel Location and everything else is great.

The staff are friendly, location is great, but this time the room cleanings were not good enough, the carpet need to be replaced and clean also I asked the housekeeper to change bed sheets because it has a black stains.
I booked the room for almost a week and last night I found letter from room head same like you don’t have the right to ask for late check out although I didn’t request it, it wasn’t very nice and I replied to him already.
In front of the hotel a heavy sound of construction work.

Great location right in Greenbelt - so easy access to food and to get around. Hotel is showing its age a bit in the room and bathroom fittings but this is offset by it's location.

I was surprised and confused about the lack of WiFi which they said had ‘just’ gone down but couldn’t say when it was planned to be fixed. Then I was given a different/lesser room from what I booked and they weren’t able to fix the situation. And then I got bitten by bedbugs and had to slather myself in bug repellent to get to sleep and hope my protocols kept me from getting infested. Stay away for the time being.

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this.
2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot.
3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware.
4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning.
5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained.
3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker.
4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

JJuan MiguelStaff are all friendly, they gave us complimentary room upgrade and a late check out. Bed is comfy, restroom is clean and water pressure is good. Considering the rate they offer and excellent customer service, it’s really a great hotel to stay in Makati Avenue and/or Poblacion area.

GGuest UserI stayed at Red Planet Amorsolo for one night on January 31, 2024, and checked out the next morning. The location in Makati is very accessible, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the lower ground and several restaurants within walking distance. The security guards were nice and helpful, which added to the positive experience.
The price is more affordable compared to other hotels in the area, making it a good budget-friendly option. However, it would be even better if they offered a good breakfast option to enhance the overall stay.

Llemonpigstrategic location in the heart of Makati, easy to call for Grab e hailing to board on and off, close to malls like Greenbelt and not far from Bonifacio high street with those high end upscale malls, good job to the staffs too they were very attentive and house cleaning staff were efficient too! The only drawback for me is the water pipe in bathroom was not very good in water flowing, they need to fix that

AajefosaThe most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

The check in process was quick and smooth.
The room was cozy and just the right size for one person, making it perfect for a short stay of 1-2 nights. I felt comfortable during my visit.
However, I do want to mention that the soundproof could be better, so finger cross that neighbors will be nice guys

SSHAYNE ANNE CALAYANVery nice and clean place to stay if you're in the city. Near the mall so easy to find place to eat and buy necessities. If you have a vihicle no need to worry coz they have lots of parking space. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing we did not like is that there is no internet at the time of our stay and data is quite slow inside the room. Nonetheles we will definitely go back here for it's accesibility and value of money!
