"We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The whole place was clean, cozy, and well-kept, which made it easy for us to feel at home right away. One thing I really appreciated was the room’s thoughtful amenities. I love that they had a hair blower, a microwave, and lots of cabinets—small details that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. It really felt like they made an effort to provide everything a guest might need. The staff were also very polite and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, giving us the relaxing break we were hoping for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. 🌟✨🏨"

"perfect location, daily cleaning and early check in! however the room feels old with cracks on the walls. and the biggest downside is that AC is blowing right at where you sleep and there is no remove to turn it off. had to get out of bed to a wall switch to turn it off. Remote controller would begreat"

"Food: The breakfast was very limited. The food was alright, but the selection was not enough, especially for a hotel in this location. Facilities & Condition: The hotel feels old and tired. You can clearly see this in the wall lining and overall room condition. It would benefit from renovation or better maintenance. Staffing: There seemed to be limited staff on duty. We even overheard some employees complaining and they looked noticeably tired, which affected the overall atmosphere. While some staff were polite, the low manpower was evident. Amenities: We really like that It has overlooking deck. It’s a good spot to relax and enjoy the city view, especially at night when the skyline lights up."

"The cleanliness and services are satisfactory. However, the overhead shower has defects and needs replacement. I can also hear other clients' voice and noise from the other room. It seems that there's an open wall at the back of the cabinet. In fairness, I enjoyed the dining experience, the perfect location and accessibility, and the affordable cost."

"very nice hotel, its location is very good in the heart if Makati… not by my fault (and, of course, not by fault of the hotel) I arrived one day later because the flight was on late and I missed my connecting flight..they, as a matter of course, offered me to shift my booking to 4-6 November (it was 3-5 November) but I couldn’t accept because I had another booking in Angeles (5-7 November)…they agreed to give me the missing night on 20-21 November when I’ll come back shortly to Manila (subjected to an integration fee) and I appreciated it very much.. very kind the doorman too, I thank him ! I really enjoyed my (unluckily short) stay !"

"Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room. As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first. When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest. The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out. Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking. When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases. Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains. On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind."

"Had a great weekend stay at this place. The room is clean and has the right space. The receptionists are also nice and friendly. It has a hot and cold shower. Another thing is that it is nearby restaurants and convenient stores for your personal needs. You can also go around the place during night for some night markets or drinks. Will definitely book again this place."

"Stayed at this service apartment for staycation from May 26 to 28, 2025. Quite surprised to know when I confirmed a day before I check-in, that there were no washing machine and dryer in the studio unit. When we checked-in, the unit has a space provision for washing machine and dryer complete with all the pipes and outlets. I'm also surprised to know that there were no buffet breakfast same as all the other Ascott brand service apartments. All in all it is a nice stay. From all the amenities, what we love most is the pool area."
