"We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and tidy. Beds really comfy. Reception staff very helpful. We used the self check in machine each day. You need your booking reference and you pay using the machine. It prints out your door code. This changes each day as you re book in. Used the tram into Rouen. Reception has a map. Really easy to use. The tram has a ticket machine which you tap to pay. We didn’t pay for breakfast although it looked nice. There is a bakery over the road.. Had a wonderful 2 days."

"There are only two floors. There is no elevator on the second floor, but fortunately the distance is not far. The air is very fresh. Although it is small, it has everything. If you want to eat breakfast, you must buy it on Ctrip. It is very cost-effective. If you buy it on site, it is nearly 14 euros per person. Several staff members are beautiful. The parking lot has access control and you will be given a password. There are also charging stations. There is a super large Carrefour nearby, which is great."
