"Location is wonderful, just in the heart of town , service better yet. It was a little bit noisy on the street this time of the year because it is Carnival in Cochabamba, but no major complaints . One night I got sick (I had too much of the delicious bolivian food) Kevin Medina, working at the front desk that night, called paramedics and in no time I was at Hospital Univalle where I was treated promptly and efficiently, the next day they were asking me how I was. Really nice people. The fee includes an excellent breakfast with variety of pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk and many other goodies. When we were living, the street was closed because of the Carnival parade, the concierge carried our luggage all the way to the available street and called us a cab. The price is reasonable, they let is have an early check in. Cons: furniture in the room is a little bit outdated, however the room is comfortable and the service couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely be back !"

"This is a lovely place to stay.The location is excellent-in the centre of Cochabamba and near cafes and restaurants....The room was reasonably large and was serviced daily....The staff were friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to thank Paola in particular for giving me a lot of help in contacting a tour company on my first day...Breakfast was excellent each morning....I am happy to recommend this place...Definitely worth returning to."
