"The first time I opened the room door, the front desk gave me the wrong room key; the room was already occupied. I had to get a new key. Cleanliness: Housekeeping basically only took out the trash and changed towels daily; nothing else. Service: My colleague had a mosquito bite allergy after checking in, and the front desk did nothing to help. Overall, the stay was extremely poor. Whether it's a problem with the hotel's service or the hotel's contract with Ctrip, there are serious management issues. I hope to receive feedback."
