"Booked 2 nights at Ramada Marcoola, location backs onto beach & a nice park which was very convenient. We booked a ocean view & view was great from balcony. However, the cleanliness of the room was not I would expected, the walls & curtains dirty, hair on bed & bathroom floor & mould in bathroom with musty smell which wafted into the bedroom. The air conditioner was very loud & no temperature control. Bed was not comfortable, no change of towels on 2nd day Rooms needs major renovation."

"This apartment building does not cater for smokers. There is no place at all to smoke accept on the street, no designated place for that which can be dangerous for women. Internet was largely unavailable and mobile phone service was poor. The TV which operated via internet and 2 remotes was a nightmare especially when turned off and turned back on again, it had to be reset. You almost needed to be an info tech expert to work the TV out."
