There is no toilet paper. 5. Slippers, shampoo, shower gel, don't even think about it There is a heating in the room that is bad Everyone must be cautious when staying. Don't enter the pit again. The doorway was a road that didn't slip in or out at all."

"Our rooms were rather shabby and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Our rooms were in an annex/separate building across the busy main road and not in the main hotel which was not communicated at the time of booking. We booked a ‘family suite’ which consisted of 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, 1 shower room and toilet, and no living room/sitting area. Apparently in France a suite means something different from everywhere else! Communication between staff was poor. Some of the staff were a bit arrogant and couldn’t handle criticism. We would not recommend staying at this hotel with their inflated prices, pretentious attitude and shabby rooms."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. We booked because of the reviews from repeat guests and we weren't disappointed. India and her team work so hard to make this a fabulous stay. The breakfast was excellent, the bar very cosy and the rooms more than comfy. We enjoyed our stay and Courchevel that much we amended another booking we had for January to return here. Since we booked, they have changed to an all inclusive hotel but have hounoured our booking. We are so grateful and look forward to staying with you soon."
