Trip.com I’ve had problems with: I got booked two rooms on the same night and I have been trying to get a refund for one of those nights and I’ve had so much trouble with tri.com online. I got to the hotel and checked in and they said on their end they canceled my reservation, but I cannot get through to trip.com to give me my money back. It has been very frustrating."

"Hotel lacks security measures , Looby area not under proper CCTV surveillance, Front desk person ZAK was a very demeaning, Person with a bad tounge, Serious lacked courtesy, seriously doesn’t deserve to be on a Customer dealing job. Hilton hotels needs to see what is to be done to fix this, But for sure I will personally recommend everyone not to book with this property. Mr.Nathan And Graig were helpful. But over all I consider it to be a bad choice, so really not booking ever again with this property."
