"The worst hotel I have stayed in since we became a family 7 years ago. Old, dirty, bad service, everything is far and almost and the air conditioner is not noticeable. The dining room is stuffy and smelly, the beds are too soft and too old so that when you sleep the mattress really sinks. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and they said there was nothing to do in the evening and we had to wait until the morning. The price of a vacation is too high, There were drops of pee in the toilet and hairs on the sheets and exorbitant for a cheap, disrespectful, dirty and unpleasant return. Mostly there is no one to talk to, there is hardly an employee or two who speak English and they are also really unhelpful. The outside food stands are filthy and they refused to give us towels even with the towel card, it turns out that you can only get towels for the hot pools. As already said, paying too much for the value of sleeping in a shocking, dirty, old place with the worst service. I can't believe we have to be here for a whole week."

"I stayed for 2 nights at the place. On the last evening they charged 202 euros for my hotel room and then an additional 726 euros that I knew nothing about. When I confronted the hotel staff the next day about the extra charge of 726 euros, they first claimed not to know anything about it. Then they told me that I had also paid for another hotel guest who had booked several rooms… (***!). The staff said that I must have left my card as security when this person checked in, and they showed me the person’s private details (EU’s GDPR rules are apparently not something they care about) – a person I don’t know, have never met, and who lives at the other end of my home country. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never experienced this kind of fraud and lack of professionalism regarding credit card data and GDPR. I have now received my 726 euros back from the hotel after they admitted what they call a “mistaken transaction”…. One thing is certain: I will never stay at Centrum Hotel again."
