"Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel."

"We were hardly at the hotel during our family vacation but let me tell you how affordable it was and the breakfast was good. The pool was great my kids had so much fun during the crazy weather. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with your needs. By walking distance we had some amazing restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Saw fireworks from outside my hotel room."

"I booked accidentally and immediately cancelled because I had booked at the wrong hotel. I was trying to stay at the same hotel as everyone else. It was so late at night when I booked and they wouldn’t. Cancel my reservation. Now I had to pay for a room I didn’t even use. So disappointed in their customer support."

"This hotel was as stated in the reviews. The hotel was a good stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was cleaned and smelled good. The free breakfast was good and clean. The only negative was the front entry, it had no thrills. Planter were full of weeds, trash and grass was over grown. A huge pile of cigarette butts just outside the front door in the planter. Overall I would stay here again it just needed some attention to detail."

"There is a store in the lobby, so you can buy necessities. If you drive a little, there are several Mexican restaurants and a sushi restaurant. The pool is heated, but I regret not bringing a swimsuit so I couldn't go. While I was eating breakfast, the kids came back wrapped in towels after playing in the water."
