"Very central, directly next to post office and train station. A very Chinese-centric hotel, hence why only available on trip.com one assumes. Staff were confused how I was able to book this hotel! Massive room and quite modern, but…. Typical poor Chinese building standards. Plumbing smelt and a delightful piece of poo came floating out of the shower pan drain one morning. Suffice to say, I was somewhat disturbed. The next day when a cockroach (I assume?) decided to fly (quite literally) out of the AC unit onto my bed, I woke up quite quickly, I must say! Electric toilet was curious, if not a little confusing! Lots of bathroom accessories though. Get the plumbing fixed and the… hygiene looked into, and it would be very reasonable."

"Both the hardware and software exceeded my expectations. The complimentary laundry service for five pieces of clothing per day was a pleasant surprise—something even five-star hotels don't offer! The complimentary 24-hour bar and snacks in the lobby, along with the free airport shuttle service, were incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It's also great for myself, being only four kilometers from the airport and a twenty-minute walk from Somori Square. Just over 100 meters to the left of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant called ”Hua,” with upscale decor, authentic flavors, and reasonable prices. This hotel will be my first choice next time I visit Dushanbe."

"The hotel is located in the middle of the airport and the city, in the rich area, independent small courtyard, luxurious decoration, complete room facilities, clean, comfortable and tidy, breakfast, lawn umbrella in the yard, leisure and cozy, cherry trees are fruitful, free picking, a big taste sweet. Chengdu proprietress is kind and easy-going, the payment method is flexible, the local currency of RMB and US dollars can be transferred in cash, it is highly recommended, and I will come next time."

"Probably the best hotel in Dushanbe so far. It opened recently, so everything is brand new. It's a bit out of the center, but we enjoyed walking. Breakfasts are good: cappuccino with alternative milk and my personal favorite, chicken noodles. Access to the pool and sauna is included with your stay. The rooms are new, with city views and everything you need, including a coffee machine. There are some minor quirks, of course, but overall, they didn't spoil our stay. The staff is attentive and clearly tries hard."

"If you are going for the first time, you need to be careful about the entrance and the entrance method. The entrance is difficult to understand, the door will not open without a dedicated token, and you cannot take the elevator to the front desk on the 13th floor. When you arrive, you need to call the front desk first and have them open. If you know this point in advance, your stay is the best! The facilities are up to corner 々 and the quality of breakfast is also great. It was also a very thankful point for travelers that self-laundry was available for free."

"Shoes-off but will.accept clean indoor slippers. Electric supply needs attention. Otherwise good.-- Classic backpacker hostel- old maps on wall, stickers from all over (even Wall Drug), great huge old mansion with courtyard, plenty of bathrooms, walkable from downtown, clean sheets and blanket, spacious old school kitchen, decent service, the dorm room is large open-bay with twin sized beds, no bunks, en suite bathroom, rickety but functional A/C unit. I spoke to the manager about Electric service as my charger wire fried when I connected it to an extension cord; that they apparently came and removed from the room. Bed had 2 springs out of whack producing pressure points; I remedied by sleeping on the thick clean comforter they provided- slept well- place has good vibes. Manager aware of electricity issue. Place needs some work but is obviously a potential backpacker haven for Dushanbe- maybe already is- many international nice folks there when I stayed. I really am hoping they can resource for a few updates on the electric, and the dorm room (I think I am partial due to stays at Desti hostels around China). I would say please support this place but inquire about the electric socket you need to use."

"The true test of a hotel lies in its details, and Hotel Isfara truly felt like a warm home in Dushanbe! I spent three days in Dushanbe, and my overwhelming impression of Hotel Isfara was its blend of 'professionalism' and 'warmth'. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member greeted me with a smile, and their English communication was excellent, which is incredibly important for foreign travelers. The room details were well-executed: power outlets were conveniently placed and compatible with various plugs without needing an adapter; the shower had stable water pressure and hot water came on instantly – a lifesaver for a weary traveler. I particularly want to commend their room service; they were incredibly responsive. Whether I needed a hairdryer or extra bottles of water, they were delivered within minutes. The hotel is located on the main street, making it very cheap to take a taxi to the main square and the bazaar. If you're looking for an accommodation that is both respectable and personable, Hotel Isfara will not disappoint."

"The room is quite comfortable. The previous business trips were arranged by the client, but this time I chose it myself. The location is also very good and it is very clean. Facilities: Complete, you can ask the front desk for anything you need. Sanitation: Very clean, the bathroom is the most clean, I am very satisfied with this. Environment: Quiet, good soundproofing. "The hotel is new or renovated, beautiful inside, and there's a restaurant nearby that serves excellent food. The staff is very friendly and resolves any issues quickly, but there was a sewer smell in the bathroom occasionally after a shower. The breakfasts are delicious, the coffee is free, everything is great."

"以五星標準，環境普普通通，在杜尚別明顯有溢價。可能當地國際品牌酒店不多。服務態度很一般，早上航班落地，十點到酒店。前台經理冷冷的公事公辦地説跟我説房間是有的，不過現在入住要額外90美金，聽上去很不舒服。最終寄存行李外出轉轉在回來。出租車到達離開，都沒有人幫忙裝行李。房間兩次停電，保險箱也壞了，雖然都及時派了人來修好，但感覺還是不好"
