It includes: microwave, electric stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV, water heater on the bathroom, air conditioner inverter, one queen bed, WIFI and a kitchen table.** It is Weld (Soldado), thus, the container home is made to protect against Earthquakes, storms and hurricanes. This means the safety of the guest is secure in any case.Guests when they arrive will see an arrow with a sign that mentions: El Rinconcito. You will go down that road and will proceed to enter the big land (Around 1 Acre).The Container Home is on the same land as 1 house & the RV Unit. The pool is for use only for the guests of the Container Home, so is private (not shared). Only 1 person leaves upstairs which is the owner of the land, if you see her, just say hi and continue enjoying the area. Guests please, if you are expecting a unit which is completely on a deserted place where only you and your company will be alone on the complete area, it is not like that.
