"I booked a deluxe room for 970 yuan. It felt cold as soon as I entered the room. The heating was not provided until six o'clock. The toilet was also blocked, so I had to ask someone to go to the room to flush it. There are not many types of food in the buffet. The pork chops and fish are fried and put aside. The food tastes cold. There are only a few hot spring pools in such a big hotel, and there are no entertainment facilities in the hotel. It's not fun to soak in the hot spring and then go back to sleep. The most important thing is that the service attitude of the hotel staff is not very good. They have an attitude that annoys me even if I ask more questions, which makes me lose my mood to play! A very bad experience!"

"Our family trip to Fengshun included a room themed around rubber ducks, and the kids went absolutely crazy! 🦆 The room was completely decorated with duck-themed items, and the highlight was the little tent! The kids treated it like a castle, crawling in and out all afternoon, and were reluctant to leave when it was time to go. Even after we got home, they kept thinking about the little tent! This is probably one of their fondest childhood memories! There are private hot spring rooms on the first floor (extra charge), which you can add if you want a quiet soak in the hot springs. It's cleaner and safer than public water parks!"

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to soak in hot springs. It was not a peak tourist period, so it seemed relatively deserted. The breakfast was not good, but the Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant for dinner was good, and the waiters were also very good. Hotel customers can also enjoy discounts during non-weekends. The room was quite decent, with boogers and dust on the bedside screen. The room facilities were mediocre and the walls were moldy. I wanted to make tea and asked for a few more bottles of mineral water, but I was charged for it. I stayed in so many hotels and there were drinks with marked prices. I asked for 2 more bottles. "I was really shocked that 400 yuan was charged for the same room as a hotel. Even though it was Chinese New Year, the decoration of the door, room, and walls was very poor. It felt like a hotel or a guest house, but 400 yuan was charged. Even 100 yuan was too expensive for me. Stayed for one night and checked out immediately. The suite next door only charged 500. How dare you charge 400 for such a crappy room? There is mold on the walls, the air conditioner is very loud, the door is super thin and not soundproof, and the door material is not even as good as a wooden door. The sofa is dirty, the sink has cracks, everything from facilities to hygiene is terrible. It sucks and I don’t know where to start complaining. The good reviews are all negative. Real feedback: Don’t stop."
