Incidentally we came here by train and arrived at 11 o'clock but had to wait until 2 o'clock to be able to check in. Although it was long, at least we could enjoy the facilities at the hotel. We were here for 3 nights, every day the room could be facilitated to be cleaned. Honestly, this hotel is actually good, it's just that the lack of good maintenance makes it look neglected. From the chairs on the rooftop and around the swimming pool. Hopefully from this review the hotel management can improve its maintenance even more"

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"
