"Filthy, dirty rooms. No Smoking rooms smelled of smoke. All bed linens were full of cigarette burns. Plugged toilet in one room and neither of the phones worked. We slept on the beds because the linens were so dirty we didn't feel safe sleeping in the beds. Filthy floors with food under the beds along with dirty kleenex on the floor behind TV. A drainage ditch would be a cleaner place to sleep."
