"The only word that suffices for this place is magical. The location is breathtaking. The food is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. And oh yeah, it has one of the coolest pools I've ever seen. My family and I absolutely loved our stay here, and met some great fellow travelers, as well. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It's a must-do for anyone coming through the area."

"Lovely welcome after a delightful walk along the river. The manager showed us round and explained the various walks on offer. He explained the honesty bar system .The food was nice ,especially the locally reared lamb. Be warned it’s a HUGE portion. Rooms are rustic, clean and functional. It is a peaceful, tranquil place in amazing countryside. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and know the local area well. I would love to come back and do the walks on horseback"
