"This stay was excellent! The room had great natural light and was spacious. It was very clean, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were good quality. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and it offers great value for money. Free parking is available for all guests. "We stayed at Intercity for our second night and regretted not choosing it for our first! First off, the decor is an Italian light luxury style, and the room was very clean and comfortably sized. The location is super convenient for getting around, especially since I was with my baby and a stroller – no hills to climb, and it's just steps away from the main square. Plus, the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and gave my baby lots of little gifts. For a place like Kangding, which is notorious for traffic and difficult parking, the hotel's underground parking was also very convenient. All in all, it was a highly satisfying stay! If you're coming to Kangding, don't bother with guesthouses, just book this hotel! We'll definitely choose Intercity again next time! It would be even better if they offered baby bed rails!"

"I've had this place saved for a long time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! First off, the room was clean and tidy, and it even had underfloor heating. The owners, a husband and wife, were very warm and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Plus, the hot springs are natural – you can even see the spring source! There's one swimming pool and ten smaller soaking pools, all with constantly flowing water, which is incredibly clean. We even got to experience it during a snowfall, which was absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends!"

"Hi,It was a short stay , but I enjoyed every minute of it. The manager of the plase , spoiled me with lots of good things as I arrived, did not let me cary any thing, just to make it easy on me. The plase is butifull, covered with all kind of tibetin excesories. I loved the Interier of the lobby, dining room and the room itself , butifull decorated. "This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."
