"The service of front line staff and the restaurant were pleasant. The location is not bad but need to pay attention when going back the hotel in night time. I would like to thank the waitress captain at the restaurant to introduce authentic Italian food and wine for dinner."

"Actually, all kinds of facilities were available. Having a laundry was a great advantage. In general, the staff were very kind and friendly. The cleanliness was excellent — nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect and I definitely recommend this place. The beds were sturdy as well; even when someone sleeps on the upper bunk, you don’t feel any disturbance on the lower one."

"Service was ok except for the kinda ****** head waiter/uncle at the restaurant during buffet service. He is always free for anyone else except for us Asians, it’s always “a moment please” even though he’s not busy.Apart from that, everything was good. The room was spacious, there’s even a separate room to store luggage. They also had a complimentary local snack which is yummy, towels are divided into blue and pink which is cute. However, the sewage system isn’t very efficient. Water pools up when you take a slightly longer shower so I did not dare wash my hair during the stay there. Although it doesn’t seem like it’s huge from the outside, it certainly is on the inside and very vintage. Didn’t get to try the jacuzzi system though. Spa service is also available. A harp player plays daily from 6pm to 8pm. We had a day tour which starts early too so they have a service which lets you take away your breakfast."

"The hotel left me with mixed feelings. When choosing a hotel, I was primarily concerned with its proximity to the train station (as I had a very late arrival), late check-in (not self-service), and a high hotel rating (seovis, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, etc.). In terms of price, I paid extra for the rating; even for Florence, over 230 euros per night is above average. Initially, I felt the service was very high: they wrote to me in advance and said they would accommodate my room preferences, and then they responded to my questions quite quickly. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and checked in quickly. The room was small but clean. There were robes and slippers, but there was no complimentary bottle of water (only a minibar, which was available for a fee) or kettle. The bathroom had body lotion, but no hair conditioner. The shower system is also very inconvenient: it turns on directly from the overhead shower, forcing you to freeze and quickly change the shower because the cabin is small and there's nowhere to go. Breakfast also seemed strange: on the one hand, there were delicious and varied cold meats, cheeses, fruits, and even salmon once; on the other, there were absolutely no vegetables: frozen cucumbers and bruised tomatoes. I brought my own salad on the second day. The hotel also has a tea corner (maybe that's why they don't consider it necessary to put a kettle in the room), but many times I didn't use it, either the water was cold or the kettles were completely empty. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for this price. If it weren't for the late arrival, I would have chosen a location closer to the main attractions. The hotel is at least a 25-30-minute walk from the station to everything."

"Facilities: I didn't find anything missing, it's very complete, even equipped with a jacuzzi Hygiene: 95 points Environment: Right by the river, the church, art gallery and shopping center are all a few minutes away, very good Service: 95 points, but you can't check in early, but you have been notified in advance, but since it's a holiday, it's okay. Breakfast: There are only four cooked dishes, which can be increased appropriately Disadvantages: The jacuzzi feels like it has not been used for a long time. When I opened it, all the dirty and sticky things in the pipes came out, which scared me to jump out of the bathtub."

"I'd give this hotel a solid thumbs-up, mainly because it's incredibly new and spotlessly clean. While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, I actually see that as a plus. It's incredibly quiet here, making for a truly peaceful and restful sleep. The hotel's newness really shines through in its overall quality – both the facilities and services are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Three of us booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. Both rooms unbelievably had issues. For my parents' room, you literally had to *slam* the door open – no kidding, you read that right, *slam* it. The card key wouldn't work initially, so we called a staff member. She swiped her card, leaned into the door with all her strength, and it popped open. I ended up having to use my arm to slam it open three or four times myself. This was room 312. My room was even more ridiculous; the showerhead holder completely broke off when I turned on the water, so the stream just shot directly out of the wall, and the mirror was filthy. The hotel didn't fix it that night, saying they'd come in the morning, and there was no apology. What are the odds that both rooms would have problems? My room was 109. I find it hard to believe this wasn't some form of discrimination against Asians... And this is supposed to be a four-star hotel, with a city tax of 7 euros per person per night. What a rip-off, the experience was just terrible."

"The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice."
