There were two staff members at the counter at the same time, whether it was the late check-in shift or the early check-out shift. They were all very smiling, friendly, and polite. Besides candy, they also provided free glasses wipes. They also offered me tea when I checked in and asked if I wanted water to go when I checked out. There was an aromatherapy device in the room, but I didn't smell anything when I turned it on. However, the room was spacious and looked clean. The counter service was also good. There was a food delivery robot when I ordered takeout. There were many restaurants within walking distance, and the lobby looked very comfortable.

The hotel was very cozy, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I can't help but give it a thumbs up! Acheng is a beautiful city, a place of outstanding people and beautiful scenery—it's wonderful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

But pay attention to this is a bathing club, which does not match the hotel shown by the software, and it is a bit awkward to the place; Secondly, mineral water is not provided in the room at this price; there is also a common problem in the hotel, and the sound insulation is not very good. At around 6:30 in the evening, a wave of people came to other rooms with children to play mahjong. The voice was very clear; there were sanitary corners, and there were other people's hair under the sheets at the bedside. All in all, it's a little bit of a problem.

The hotel is just off the highway. The hotel has a good environment, clean, newly renovated, good service, and a rich breakfast. It was the elderly who accidentally dyed the quilt cover but not the bedsheets. He accepted the fine, but on the way back, he felt strange because the bedsheets were not stained. He communicated with the store, but the communication was not pleasant. He also responded to Ctrip, and Ctrip Solved. Later, the elder admitted that it was his own fault, so he should be careful when taking him out. Acheng is my grandma's home. The original sugar factory, textile factory, machinery and electrical appliances and other old heavy industries have collapsed. I hope Acheng can use Jindu to develop its tourism industry. I wish Acheng well, and I still scored 5 points.

The environment and facilities are quite good, with parking and breakfast available. The front desk staff are also very welcoming, and it's convenient to get around. However, I don't know what the designer was thinking. There are no power outlets next to the sofa, making it extremely inconvenient to charge anything. There are also no outlets next to the kettle, so you have to take it to the sink to boil water. Ironically, there are outlets in the area opposite the stairs, but they don't even provide a small table. There's clearly enough space for a table for work, but they simply don't have it. It's really quite inconvenient.

The facilities are complete and comfortable to stay in. The room size is just right, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The front desk service is excellent. This will be my top choice when I come to Harbin again.

服務態度極差 我原本的訂單是10月28日到11月3日 因為剛下飛機加上坐車到酒店已經過了半夜12點了 所以我在路上就把攜程上10月28日的訂單取消了 改成10月29到11月3日（退款180.28元） 而且29日凌晨我在酒店前台也成功辦理了入住（酒店人員並沒有提出疑問） 次日10月30日 我還在睡夢中酒店前台就用客房電話打給我説我的訂單有疑問 少付了一天的房費（態度較差） 30日晚上 我就去問具體什麼情況 酒店前台1並不知道這個情況 就叫了酒店前台2 酒店前台2 説29日凌晨（到29日六點前）的房費應該算是28日 如果在前台付的話比在App上貴12塊錢（192.28元） 讓我問問攜程的客服看看能不能修改回來 諮詢過後發現並不能 酒店前台2就給酒店經理打電話（電話擴音） 店經理（態度極其惡劣！極其惡劣！！極其惡劣！！！）“那個訂單我知道 ，那個人就有問題，那個客人理解就有問題，……”後續那個酒店前台2打斷了她説話 她就沒在吱聲 我就在旁邊 我全程就一直都在一旁準備微信的付款碼 我一直都在配合 我就想問一下 在顧客不知情的情況下取消的訂單 這個問題需要你們冷嘲熱諷嗎？ 我理想L7都開的起，我差你12塊錢？ 顧客是上帝 我也沒裝大爺啊 我也沒有刁難 我也沒提各種各樣難為人的要求 而且我全程一句廢話沒説 你們酒店説我差一天房錢 我直接就準備好付款碼了 本來是奔着漢庭這個品牌來的 你放心我以後再也不會來了 難到總部就從來不聞不問？ 也不做調研,下來轉一轉看一看？就放任不管？知道什麼是顧客滿意率麼？如果長此以往我看也離關門不遠了_

The hotel boasts well-appointed facilities and a prime location with excellent transport links, plus a fantastic array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right on its doorstep. Overall, my stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
