My business trip continues! I changed hotels and this time stayed at my usual favorite, the Lavande Hotel. I wasn't disappointed. First, the interior was spotless and meticulous, with attention to detail, just like always. The music playing in the shower was a nice touch, and the location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The previous resident's bathroom wasn't very clean. The housekeeping staff weren't very thorough, leaving urine stains on the floor and a strong urine smell in the bathroom. That was the only downfall this time! Cleanliness is truly crucial!

The sanitary environment is very good. The location is on the main street. The rooms on the road side are noisy and the soundproofing effect of the rooms is average. The service of a short-haired lady at the front desk is very average. She has a gloomy face and is indifferent to questions. It affects the development of the hotel. The service ability needs to be improved.

We brought our child to enjoy the hot springs, spent the whole day playing, and then it was so convenient to return to a clean room to rest.
