There is also a separate WC located on the first floor. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s which hosts Freeview and Netflix. The property also has free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection so ideal if you are looking for a space to work. The Kitchen/Diner and Living room is located on the 1st floor of the house and has everything you need for your stay. There is an induction hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine which is all free to use for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a self-catering stay. The Dining table can be extended for larger parties and seats 6. The Living Room offers stunning views of the harbour and on a clear day you can even spot France. Here you will find a large 55” TV with Freeview and Netflix for you to enjoy (if you can peel yourself away from the views!) The sofa in the Living room can sleep two people as it converts into a double sofa bed. The second floor is home to the two bedrooms and Bathroom. The first double bedroom homes a Kingsize bed which can be set as two single beds if required (if you would like two singles, please request upon booking as the default set up is double.) There is also a desk/dressing table which ideal for anyone looking for laptop space. Bedroom number two has a double bed along with a desk/dressing table. The main bathroom is also located on the second floor and has both a shower and a bath, toilet, heated towel rail, shaver socket and large bathroom mirror with integrated light.
