"For a budget-friendly hotel, the service was excellent. The room had a 1.8-meter king-size bed and two single mattresses. We asked for an extra quilt, which was promptly delivered. The room was compact, but it certainly met the basic needs of our family of four. Breakfast was 10.45 pounds per person, and only 1 pound for children, which was quite a bargain. The hotel is conveniently located near the seaside and the commercial district."

"Had a really lovely cream tea at the house that was bought as a Xmas present by our son. The service was excellent and the variety of sandwiches and cakes was lovely. The hotel is very stylish and tastefully done and the staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable"

However, the breakfast selection was too limited, completely overpriced. Service was lukewarm; check-in wasn't possible until 3 PM. Overall, the human element could be improved."
