"Pleasant, character hotel overlooking the harbour. Friendly staff. warm rooms and bathroom smart and clean. Nice shower. We had a family room which overlooked the back not the harbour. The stairs are steep and not for the elderly and four flights up. The boys liked the room and hotel. The garden Furniture looked a bit dated and the fridge for the min bar needed a clean. Pleasant hotel, check which room you are getting and nice view of the harbour from the sitting room. Middle price range. Handy for Ramsgate. We enjoyed our weekend. Minor things the uht milk cartons had gone off and no biscuits supplied with the tea - I'm GF anyway but might have been nice gesture and for the boys. Lots of lovely towels and very clean beds and had a good nights sleep. There was a chair in the room which was handy but could have done with more coat hangers for a family room. The offered to let us leave our luggage for the day if we needed after checking out. Nice of them :-)"

"San Clu Hotel is a very nice cost line hotel nearby all windows have a TV view to the sea except from the back side of the building. There is parking spaces outside front side and the back of the hotel. No parking restrictions. Walking distance the park and shore. Makes it altogether a perfect place for any summer holiday! Staff are very very helpful and always are happy to help! 😊🌹🙏🏼"

"A lovely Hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage for your luggage. The bathroom was large with a big, clean, modern shower. The staff were lovely too, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. A very good selection – cereal, full English or whatever you wanted cooked, toast, pastries, fresh fruit (melon not just apples !) and the icing on the cake was sitting out on the terrace beside the sea. There was plenty of free, spacious parking – there’s nothing worse than having to hike off to a local car park and leave your car unattended and out of sight. The location was prefect for us for cliff top walks and not far from the vibrant town with pretty harbour and food, drink and entertainment. Being out of town it was very quiet at night, with no passing noisy traffic. We had a good uninterrupted sleep I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Pegwell Bay Hotel."

"We were very pleased with our room ( number 7) on the top floor. It had a large very comfortable bed and the shower was powerful. We liked the view over the roof tops. The stairs are narrow though so not easily accessible to infirm guests. The continental breakfast was adequate and included in the price. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking behind the hotel was great when we eventually found it!!"
