"Location was good as not far from the main train and bus station. Good communication beforehand from the manager asking me when I would be arriving and then providing details of the apartment and that it would be open with the key inside, so all worked well there. For a self catering style apartment no cooking facilities not a problem just thought there might be some, fridge, crockery and kettle in the room which were all good. Plenty of towels and bedding left for my stay. One thing was there was no communication about how to check out."

"Very good location, on the 14th floor of an office building, within a 15-minute walk from the train station, bus station, pier, and the ancient city. The room is very spacious and clean, and the view is very, very good (the level of the observation deck is second to none). But the problem is that the contact information of the hotel on Ctrip is wrong (it is the phone number of another company under Luxury, not this hotel), and the hotel does not have a front desk. It took me a long time to contact the hotel to check in. Picture 3 in the comments is the correct phone number."

"The hotel is in a great location. You can quickly reach the beach by walking through the old streets in the old town. The hotel also has a small courtyard and provides croissants and coffee drinks in the morning, which is great!"

"There is no one at the check-in counter. You have to contact in advance to find out how to check in. And the location of the hotel to check in is quite far. There is no elevator. The interior of the hostel is clean and warm."

"This is the real 4-star hotel during this trip to Croatia! The location of the hotel is not in the old city, the outside environment is average, and the facilities inside are good! There is an elevator, the point is that there is an elevator! There is a breakfast buffet, a 24-hour gym, and a sauna, but the parking lot is too difficult to get in and out, and the general car skills have to stand aside. Although the parking lot is free, it is too test of car skills! The beauty front desk came down to pick us up to the parking lot, the service was good 👍"

"I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!"

"The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was tiny, but had everything i needed - a good bed, great shower, even a mini fridge! The apartment was very central, but in a quiet alley, in the nice part of the historic centre (not in the party area)"
