The building was completely renovated while keeping the original trim, doors and windows. In the commercial space below, we have a small venue space/wine/bourbon bar that has live music on Thursday through Saturday. The music is usually from 7-11pm. Most guests come down and enjoy. Accessibility & Security There are 4 stairs outside the unit and roughly 28 stairs going up to the unit itself. From the second floor to the third floor also has stairway. The 2nd and 3rd floors do not have an elevator so you must be able to climb the staircase and carry luggage. This is a historic building, so the stairs are steep. Cameras are in the parking lot and entrance way of the building, including the foyer. Please note: only registered guests are allowed at the unit.Added bonus, we have a small wine bar located in the commercial space below the loft. The 2nd bathroom has a hallway entrance.There is a large patio space for guest use that is shared with other units.
