"The location is excellent, very close to Casa Milà, Plaça de Catalunya, and Casa Batlló, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I accidentally booked the wrong date for one of my nights. While the staff explained they couldn't directly issue a refund and that I needed to contact the booking platform, they still generously offered me a breakfast voucher, which I truly appreciated!"

"At first I was very hesitant to get inside the property as it was like an old building. But when we entered the facility - voila! It was very homy and cozy 🥰🥰
I so loved the ambiance. The staffs were so kind, understanding and helpful (english speaking 😉). There’s a breakfast available for €4 per person, and that’s unlimited. They also have laundry area.
The property is walking distance from tourist spots like Sagrada familia, Casa Batliò, and many more. It is near to shops, restaurants, bus stations, tram stations , and metro. If given a chance to come back in Barcelona, I will still book this place."

"Since I arrived the recepcionist attended all the needs possible and well explained the organisation system that there is made for the porpouse of the hostess.
I felt comfortable at any moment, and the environment was great too. The cleaning system it's very professional as I saw how they work and they did not interrupted me at any moment of my staying.
I recommend this place for students or solo travellers."

"The location is great, just a five-minute walk from Diagonel Station. Love this balcony. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I noticed that the coffee machine doesn't seem to be open outside of breakfast time. I hope you can provide some instant coffee.Lockers are expensive by the way."

"Great little Hostel near the Catalunya Congress Center and we'll positioned for the Metro straight to the airport.
Room and bed were clean. No issues whatsoever. The neighbourhood is pretty calm and safe to travel around at night.
It also has a beautiful roof terrace which no doubt is filled with people during the summer months.
Really enjoyed my short time here and would certainly be interested in returning for the summer months."

"First time solo trip, the best exp I could ever imagine. The environment is very welcoming and cozy, with restaurant and activities floor for travelers to rest and have fun.
The gothic area tour by Pablo is very interesting with detailed history and funny stories, greatly enhancing my understanding of this city.
The buffet and dinner provided here is cheap and tasty, very worth it. Also meeting friendly people attending these activities.

CChaojifeixiakabudaThe room was very clean, and even in an 8-person dorm, everyone was considerate, trying to avoid loud noise and disturbing others. The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the subway station. The common area on the first floor is also great; you can work, play billiards, or have a drink. There's also a lovely small pool on the second-floor balcony where you can relax and sunbathe. Laundry and other facilities are very complete. Overall, it's excellent, and I met many friends from different countries.

WWeiyi ChenI have to say it's the best Youth Hostel I have ever stayed in Barcelona. The location is near the guell park, compared to the other popular location, it's not noisy and really quiet at night. Everything is clean, you can a nice aroma everywhere once you enter into the hostel. They provided the locker and the key, so it's also safety. I would definitely choose it for the next time's travel in Barcelona.

CCarolinaSousaOne of the most beautiful hostels I stayed in Europe! The bedroom was exactly like in the pictures, and I love that there’s a balcony, and that clean towels are provided as well. According to the staffs, the building was an old bank, therefore on the lower floor they maintained the old bank vault that can be used for meetings or other gatherings. Not to mention my favorite horse shaped sink😍🤣
I have just a few suggestions: would be perfect if there were more hooks on the wall in the bathroom, as there was only 1, and also it would be nice to add some hooks by the bed as there weren’t space for us to dry our towels and to hang our jackets. Also the storage space is too small for some beds, as I was assigned bed no.3 and my storage is in one of the “step drawers” of the other bed. Overall, I loved and enjoyed my stay so much! And thank you to the receptionists, they were very helpful.

LLeung SuhanOn my first day at the hostel, I stayed in a dorm bed. After a tiring day of travel, I wasn't bothered by noise from my roommates at night, and with the privacy curtain, I actually slept quite well. Later, I moved to a private room, which offered much more privacy. The room wasn't very big, and even at 25°C, the air conditioning felt very cold. If you needed an extra blanket, you could get one from the front desk. Each room had its own bathroom, but the showerhead was fixed, which I found a bit inconvenient. Every day, it took about a 10-minute walk to catch public transport, which I considered reasonably convenient.

GGuest UserThis is my third Safestay hostel. Last year I stayed at Passeig de Gracia. They are completely different. And this year I was at the same hotel in Porto, Portugal.
Convenient check-in, they don't accept cash at all.
I didn't like that the kitchen is small and there is no stove for cooking. The refrigerator is small and full, for such a number of tourists.
Also, there are a lot of beds in the room, too many.
Good showers, some with broken plumbing. No shower gel.
Everything is fine in terms of cleanliness, the reception area is beautifully decorated. Freshly renovated.
The guys at the reception are friendly, special thanks for that.

ZZuleirisThey gave us a room that did not match the description on Trip. According to the girl at reception, Trip was to blame (we have never had any problems with Trip, everything has always been fine for us) and she also said that we could not be guided by the photos in the description that never matched, seriously!!!
Luckily it was only for one night because booking a room with a private bathroom and it doesn't have one: unforgivable. I can only say that it has a good location. I repeat this comment because it didn't come up before 🤔
