"This time, I stayed at the newly opened ”Shan Na Bian” (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air. **Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities. **Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance. **Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing. **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good."

"The hotel decoration is old and old, but the sanitary conditions are still OK! The service staff at the front desk are also very serious. I originally booked a quadruple room B (three beds, one large and two small) and wanted to change it to a quadruple room A (four single beds). At 11:30 midnight on the first day of check-in I made the call and the front desk manager helped me change it. He was very responsible! After checking in, you will also get four hot spring bathing tickets and four breakfast vouchers. The bathing is very good and clean. Breakfast starts at 7:00, which is not bad. There are hot and cold dishes, Chinese porridge, fried dough sticks, mixed vegetables, stir-fries, and Western bread. Slices, cakes, milk, and jam are all available, and they taste great! The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The restaurant here served a la carte on the first night. It was large and affordable, comparable to the standard of a big hotel. We checked in the night before climbing Qianshan, and got up early the next day to climb the mountain. It was a very satisfying stay! I will choose to stay here again next time I come!"

"房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！"
