"This homestay is one of the ancient buildings on the side of Guantang Hotel. The house is an old building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It can be seen that the careful design and decoration combine the perfect combination of classical and modern. The interior furnishings are also very interesting. They are all collected by the boss. The bedding is very comfortable, and the tatami area is very pleasant to enjoy tea and see the courtyard. The yard is full of greenery, small bridges and flowing water. We were fortunate to taste the fresh cucumbers grown by the boss himself. The boss is warm and hospitable. We are fed various kinds of melons, fruits, peaches and peaches every day. Breakfast is not heavy every day. There is no time limit. We can eat at any time. There are millet porridge, fried dough sticks, buns, soup, tofu rolls, etc.... "Accommodation: My original intention was to find a quiet place to celebrate the New Year, and I actually found it. There are five guest rooms in Xiqiaowu. The room under the wisteria tree where I stayed was the smallest one. It was small but warm and comfortable. The guest room facilities and items are elegant and tasteful. The bathroom is separated into three parts, with the bath, wash basin and toilet each independent. I especially like the smart toilet, which is hygienic and convenient. Some people in the neighboring villages were setting off firecrackers, but I was not disturbed by them on New Year’s Eve and I slept well. The first three days were sunny and it was warm and comfortable to sit at the door and bask in the sun. In my spare time, I visited three family suites, which had small courtyards facing a small bridge and flowing water, which were great. Food: The B&B provides free breakfast, which consists of steamed buns, eggs, millet porridge, and tofu and cabbage stewed in bone soup. It is so delicious, and the tofu tastes just like the tofu I ate in my hometown when I was a child. We arrived at the restaurant at noon on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month, and the boss gave us a bowl of welcoming noodles. We went to soak in the hot springs in the afternoon of New Year's Eve, and the boss reserved noodles and cabbage and meat dumpling fillings for us. According to local customs, people eat dumplings with both meat and vegetarian fillings on the morning of the first day of the New Year. The open-air hot spring has a tranquil environment, shaded by green trees, and curling hot steam. It is a unique experience. My favorite is the indoor swimming pool, which is 25 meters long with five lanes. There are only two of us, so we can enjoy a refreshing swim. In fact, the most treasured things in the resort are the preserved and protected ancient southern houses and various exhibition halls, all of which are free to visit. On the first day of the New Year, we went to the nearby tea mountain, but there were not many people so we didn’t go in. On the second day, we visited the former residence of Wang Xizhi. The homestay is on the east bank of the Yi River. The river is wide and in fact, if you walk along the riverside trail, you will see beautiful scenery. Summary: I had a peaceful and wonderful Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake in Linyi. The boss gave me a bag of agricultural products before I left. "Service: After check-in, you need to drive there yourself. I told the front desk it was my first time there and I didn't know the location of the private hot spring room. The front desk told me to find the security guard, who told me to find it myself along the road. Luckily, there was only one road, and I found it quickly. The private hot spring room I booked included breakfast. The dining area was on the second floor where I checked in, and it was a 5-minute drive back to the room (I don't recommend walking, it's a bit far). For the indoor hot spring bath, I called to ask a staff member to fill it with water. The staff member explained the switch and drainage method and left, so I had to operate it myself (the water filling switch automatically stops every 15 minutes, requiring repeated manual operation). No one mentioned that the indoor hot spring bath couldn't be filled with water. I started filling it before 5 pm, and at 5:40 pm I called customer service to report that it wasn't full. The staff member didn't come until 6:20 pm, informing me that it was only half full. I didn't know why, and I couldn't change my clothes, so I just sat on the bed and waited. At 9:10 pm, the staff member brought welcome fruit (two wilted apples and one coconut). The coconut was delicious. The next morning at 8 AM, I tried to refill the indoor hot tub myself, but it didn't work. I called room service again and was told the water valve wouldn't be turned on until 9:30 AM (no one had mentioned this beforehand). Amenities: The indoor hot tub is next to the toilet. Perhaps for safety reasons, it can't be filled to full; it's only half full, waist-deep for an adult sitting inside (Figure 2 shows the maximum water level). The room is quite old, and because of the hot tub, it's damp; there's mold in the door seams and along the walls. I took a shower on the second morning, which took about an hour, and the shower water started to cool down."
