"The hotel is located opposite the JR station, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very good, the breakfast is OK, but the only problem is that the large bathroom is too small. All in all, it is a very good choice and I will stay here again next time."

"We stayed here on a trip to Abashiri and Kitami. Breakfast is included for about 8,000 yen per night from Abashiri.
The shortcut from Kitami Station on Google Maps was difficult even for a short distance due to the snowy roads, but it is convenient to use the roads with roofs on the shopping streets.
The station and bus terminal are nearby, and there is also a pub and a yakiniku restaurant, so the location is excellent in the downtown area!
There is no bath, only a shower, but the large communal bath has an open-air bath and sauna, which was great! However, there were only four karaages, so everyone was lining up to wash.
There is no seafood for breakfast, but there are some local dishes. However, the small dishes did not change for three days, so it would be nice if the menu changed a little.
Other than that, the service of the staff is comparable"

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there is a convenience store opposite. The interior decoration is a bit old, and the aisle of the single room is just enough for one person to pass through. It is impossible to open the luggage effectively and need to put it on the bed. But as a hot spring hotel with breakfast included, the price is actually acceptable."

"Good location, about 10 minutes walk from Kitami Station. I felt a little old, but I thought it was good because it was cheap. The rooms are normally large as a Vijiho. It was very good that everyone could eat breakfast for free. It was good to enjoy Yakiniku cheaply at nearby stores because it was a meat coupon sales facility."

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Kitami hotel offers parking on site.
"The service was excellent. The room was excellent, with everything you need. It was clean. There was a lounge with complimentary drinks. There were also entertainment options like a souvenir shop, gachapon, and more. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and they even had fish. The information board was cutely designed, with a squirrel and a shima enaga. The key was also very beautiful. It's nice when they pay attention to the little details.
The only downside was that dinner and breakfast were very crowded (they would have been better if they had two separate dining rooms), but the buffet was varied and delicious, including crab legs, ice cream, and everything in between.
Live beetles were sold in the hotel lobby. There's a small park near the hotel. It would have been wonderful if there was somewhere to walk along the river, especially in the evening with the lights on. We took the bus, but there's a hotel shuttle to the Rubeshibe stop."

"I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating all the time. We had to call the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but the answer was no, even though we had just arrived in the room. The front desk said they could provide electric fans, so we used them for 2 days, but it was really hot and it was very difficult to sleep at night because the quilt and bed were thick. I kept sweating while lying on them, and my face and body were sticky and itchy. Yes, people coming in summer should pay attention to air conditioning issues. It would be better to go there in autumn or winter."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!"
