"The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. I would like to recommend this hotel"

"My wife and I stayed in the villa for two nights. Overall, the atmosphere was great and we were able to experience something out of the ordinary. The villa's open-air bath, filled with natural hot spring water, is charmingly carved out of a large rock. It was spacious enough to stretch out and enjoy a luxurious stay. The washing area was separated by a door, making it easy to stay warm, and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, even in the cold season. And above all, since our room had its own open-air bath, being able to use it whenever I wanted felt incredibly luxurious. For dinner, we chose the yakiniku plan, which included a Zao beef platter, which we enjoyed grilling over charcoal to perfection. The breakfast menu was also very varied and satisfying. I ended up overeating. This is definitely the perfect inn for an extraordinary experience. Thank you for the wonderful memories."

"The bathtub is moldy, the price is not low compared with the surrounding area, the room has no wifi signal, the attitude is very good but it is not to solve the problem, the interval is one day, I have lived for two days, and I lied to me that there is no room. "Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn). Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly. The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted. Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan."

"Although the reception staff at Zao no Mori Club didn't understand much English, they were sincere and polite and it wasn't difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is located in the mountains with a very quiet and beautiful environment. However, after taking a bus from Sendai Station to Togatta Onsen Station, there were no taxis in the town because it was a small town and it was Saturday. Later, a Japanese man with a ram led the way. He led a group of 8 of us and pushed the luggage boxes across the mountain and walked for about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. If the hotel could rearrange a toll car to pick us up from Sendai Station, we would definitely be happy to visit again."

"I stayed here for 2 nights ３ days with the flow of staying here using Zao Eboshi Ski Resort. The board rental shop is close, the convenience store is close, and I am satisfied. The rice is not bad. It may not be the best. The serving staff was Bangladeshi and worked hard. The hot spring was the best because the temperature was exquisitely right at night, but in the morning, the open-air bath was too hot to enter. I think it was about 44 〜 45 degrees.
