"The B&B is located in the scenic area, which is convenient for sightseeing. We arrived at night and called the B&B owner, who quickly came to show us the way. The room was very clean. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I booked a family suite with a loft and a small balcony. The pictures I took were the views from the balcony. When I left, the proprietress gave me a bag of Suzhou pastries. She was very enthusiastic. It was my first time staying in a B&B there, and I also saw the night view. There were also few people visiting in the morning, so it was a good experience!"

"Five star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.  Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.  Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.  Can’t rave enough about our experience. A+"

"Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!"

"recommend The hotel is a standard star business hotel with a distinguished and calm lobby. This is my second time staying here. The lady at the reception desk was still smiling. When she handed me the door key, she introduced me to the location of the restaurant for breakfast. They specially set up the ”** Room” to satisfy the current residents' hobby of poker and gambling in their spare time. This is more in line with the times. Advance together. The hotel's service is timely, accurate, and thinks of what you need. This is why I highly recommend it. I left my PAD in the restaurant while eating. After contacting me, I was told that it could be sent back to my room. When I returned to the room at night, I not only received the lost and found notebook. I was also given a little surprise: the room attendant polished my muddy leather shoes until they were shiny. Breakfast is also relatively rich, and the fresh meat is more delicious."

The hotel's public facilities are also worth mentioning; both the efficiency of the elevators and the cleanliness of public areas are maintained to a very high standard, making for a worry-free stay. What truly impresses me are the views and the environment. The hotel floors are high enough, and I always prioritize choosing a high-floor room. During the day, pulling back the curtains floods the room with sunlight, and you get a panoramic view of Kunshan's bustling city streets. In the evening, you can enjoy the stunning sunset glow – it's a feast for the eyes. Plus, the hotel is located in the Golden Eagle commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The mall is within walking distance, which is a huge plus whether you're traveling for business or leisure. From the 'surprise' of my first stay to the 'reassurance' of my many subsequent visits, the Kunshan Golden Eagle Hotel has become my 'go-to place' in Kunshan, thanks to its consistent quality and thoughtful details. If you're coming to Kunshan and looking for a hotel with excellent service, reliable facilities, and a prime location, you absolutely can't go wrong with this one! "The service at this hotel is truly first-rate. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Xiao Xia's warm, friendly smile and attentive greetings were a welcome relief. Room service was attentive and responsive. The restaurant staff were professional and attentive, adding to the delight of our dining experience. Overall, the service here was incredibly satisfying and highly recommended!"

"The hotel has thoughtful service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of breakfasts, especially the Aozao noodles. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the service was still very good. The waiter removed the plates very promptly. The transportation was also very convenient. There is a subway station not far downstairs. Overall, the experience of this stay was very good. I will continue to stay here next time."

"Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details). Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem. Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu."

"Kunshan is spread over a large area, so it's hard to say whether this hotel is central or not. Nevertheless. it is a relatively short walk to a sizeable shopping centre and not far from other restaurants and shops. Service and breakfast were fine, in accordance with the price, however, we were most disappointed that the pool was not open. I appreciate that many hotel pools have not reopened since the pandemic, but clients should be made aware of this since the outdoor pool was one of our principal reasons for booking this hotel."

"Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)"
