"The B&B is located in the scenic area, which is convenient for sightseeing. We arrived at night and called the B&B owner, who quickly came to show us the way. The room was very clean. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I booked a family suite with a loft and a small balcony. The pictures I took were the views from the balcony. When I left, the proprietress gave me a bag of Suzhou pastries. She was very enthusiastic. It was my first time staying in a B&B there, and I also saw the night view. There were also few people visiting in the morning, so it was a good experience!"

"The hotel is right in the Yangcheng Lake Wetland Park. There is a large area owned by them. You can ride a bicycle, take a walk, and set up a tent by the lake. I also saw someone tying a hammock. It was so comfortable to be under the shade of the trees by the lake, feeling the spring breeze and looking at the lake view. There is also a recreation center where you can go boating and go karts. It is really rich. I feel that one day is not enough. If you want to walk around some of the scenic spots in the surrounding Yangcheng Lake, two days will be enough. As an old five-star hotel, although the decoration is not trendy, it is definitely old money style, with luxurious crystal chandeliers, landscape elevators, and complete facilities. There are plenty of charging piles in the parking lot, and my baby said that this TV can be turned on and watched. The praise is 100 points. 😂, there are many parent-child activities on May 1st, you can make lipstick and lacquer fans, and you can experience it with your children according to your hobbies. The environment is great. I paid the upgrade fee at the front desk and got a lake view room. It is great value for money. The scenery is nothing to say. The room bedding is clean. The lounge manager Sammi is considerate and reminds us to watch the sunset at a certain time. It is really great. I will come again next time"

"This is the most comfortable B&B I've ever stayed in. We booked a room facing the river, so there weren't many people passing by. It's off the main road, so it's very quiet. Free parking is especially important!
The hostess and the owner were very welcoming and personally picked us up and dropped us off.
Speaking of the room, I've stayed in so many hotels, and I always find some things lacking, but Zen Inn was very user-friendly, with electric curtains, a projection TV, and impeccably clean bathroom corners.
The hostess was very welcoming, offering fruit snacks and turning on the air conditioning in advance. It truly felt like home.
Because it was so comfortable and the weather was so hot, we mostly stayed in the room and enjoyed it. My children and I really value comfort in our hotels, so thank you for the excellent sleep we had during our two nights here. See you next time, and I wish you continued success in your business."

"The hotel is at perfect location of the ancient town, well decorated and large rooms with beautiful view directly to the canal. We book a duplex room which is perfect for 4 persons, with a big balcony which is very chill to sit there drinking tea and watch nice view surrounding. The host is very friendly and helpful. Especially there is a family restaurant at opposite site, owner is the hotel host's sister, you can taste all the best food of Zhouzhuang here in a family like atmosphere. We have travelled from Shanghai to Wuzhen, then from Wuzhen to Zhouzhuang, also spend a day to Suzhou which is about 50 minutes by car from Zhouzhuang, among all these places we find Zhouzhuang is the best water ancient town, it is a must visit place if you like the water ancient towns in China."

"You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality."

"To start, the hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. She personally came out to greet me, insisted on helping me with my luggage, and even went out of her way to help me save money on entrance tickets. As someone who's particular about cleanliness and easily bothered by noise, I can confidently say that none of that was an issue here. The entire guesthouse, both inside and out, including the guest rooms, was absolutely spotless. It's a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the scenic area, with Shen Hall and Zhang Hall just a 5-minute walk away. On sunny days, I'd happily 'lounge' in my room, taking selfies in every corner. When it wasn't too sunny, I'd relax in the courtyard and watch the beautifully kept fish – it was truly a delight! They also have a restaurant with a charming ambiance, and crucially, it was impeccably clean. The dishes were generously portioned and delicious. I ended up eating all my meals there, especially since guests receive a discount. As a solo traveler, one meal was often so substantial that I'd pack up leftovers for a second serving! If I hadn't had to cut my trip short, I would have happily stayed there for another three to five days, just relaxing and soaking it all in! Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse – it offers exceptional value for money. Next time I'm in the area, without a doubt, I'll be staying here again!"

Service: Travel-check-in-check-out, the housekeeper mode follows up the whole process, basically responds to every request in the group and replies very promptly.
The overall environment is very good. The rooms facing the water can directly see the village from the balcony. You can also go to the Ideal Village and other interesting cultural and creative studios and coffee shops nearby. Anyway, you won’t be bored. "During the National Day holiday, I brought my parents and mother-in-law to Zhejiang, and a friend recommended this guesthouse. First off, the room was spotless (exactly like the photos on the hotel's introduction). My mother-in-law has trouble with her legs, so we chose a ground-floor room, which overlooked a small garden. She was incredibly happy sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The screen mirroring in the room was fantastic; we watched two movies back-to-back. My favorite part was the big moon in the courtyard – it was perfect for taking silhouette photos. The owner's service was excellent; they helped with luggage and coordinated the room. My parents and mother-in-law have sensitive stomachs and need to eat small, frequent meals, so the owner kindly helped reheat food and recommended nearby restaurants suitable for seniors – truly heartwarming and thoughtful. Additionally, I highly recommend this place because it's incredibly close to Shen Garden. Turn right out the door, and it's only 20 meters to the scenic area entrance. Walk down a small alley, turn left, and you're at Shen Garden; turn right about 100 meters, and you're at Shuangqiao (Double Bridges). It's incredibly convenient for seniors to visit. If I ever come back to Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose this place again."

"The location of the homestay is excellent, you can live by the river; but this is also its disadvantage. The room on the first floor is very dark, the window is small, and the interior is dark. I want to go out immediately when I go in. Unfortunately, I can drink tea in the living room. Fortunately, there are places in the ancient town to bask in the sun, and it is good to find a shop outside. Probably a rainstorm before, there were fewer tourists. The air conditioner in the room was not turned on for a long time. It was really cold at first, and the air conditioner was turned on for a long time before it was warm. SShanghaifeixiangdexiaomajuAn absolutely delightful B&B experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped. Its riverside location, nestled between the scenic area's entrance archway and the Twin Bridges, made it incredibly convenient for exploring, shopping, and sightseeing. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night.
In the evenings, I sat by the river on a comfortable lounge chair provided by the landlady (she even thoughtfully included mosquito coils!). I enjoyed a smoke and sipped tea in the cool breeze. The landlady's attentiveness was remarkable; she repeatedly offered to bring a thermos of hot water. Watching the tourist boats pass by, observing the diverse expressions of the visitors, and listening to the melodic songs of the sculling boatmen, I simply zoned out – it was incredibly relaxing and blissful!
Before I left, the owner even gifted me some small snacks. Having seen many other B&Bs and guesthouses while touring the ancient town, I can confidently say that after comparing them all, I'll definitely choose this one again for my next visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town.

袁袁御风I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! ☺️ Mrs. Zhang (张阿姨) was so warm and welcoming and the room was very charming. This hotel is in a great location and is a cool 500 feet or so from ZhouZhuang. Mrs. Zhang was one of best hosts I've ever met and made sure that I had a great stay at her hotel. ZhouZhuang was awesome! 👏

It is very convenient because Zhouzhuang Ancient Town has 13 entrances and exits. The room is relatively large and decorated in an antique style. There is also a small balcony with two chairs and a coffee table. If you drive, choose Fenhu (Zhouzhuang) Tourism Parking Lot No. 1. After parking, the owner of the homestay will pick you up. It is only a 5-minute walk. I will come to this homestay next time I come to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town!

RRaph-31Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.

ZZhuge～qingyunFacilities: The air conditioning and heating are very good, and the electronic lock door is very convenient to enter and exit
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy
Environment: Very close to the scenic area, just a few steps to Zhang Hall and Shen Hall
Service: The front desk clerk was warm and thoughtful and helped me heat up the packed meals

GGouxiaodanThe location is excellent, just next to Shen Wansan Shuiyu, very close to the entrance of the ancient town. The price is there, and the facilities, sanitation and environment need to be improved. The toilet setting of the single bathroom is not convenient, and the toilet can be sideways. The overall price is better.
