"The bathroom was really dirty, and the sheets were also dirty with dried bloodstains on them. The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear the sounds of activities from the next room in the middle of the night, and in the morning, I'd hear people (aunties or cleaners) shouting in the hallway. But for this price, I guess it is what it is, can't expect too much."

"Hotel is very well located along night market and surprisingly quiet, can't hear the buzz outside once step into lobby. Room clean, receptionists helpful, very comfortable stay. Breakfast has very limited variety but it's fine because already spoilt for choices with night market food 😋."
"The hotel is called Dahua Hotel as per Google map. The surrounding area is very run down, but then Keelung city is indeed a very old city. The reception is manned throughout but very run down. The only elevator is very old and has a musky smell. Entering the very univiting hotel building feels like taking a risk to enter a ******* building (we arrived at night at 9pm). It was the May Day holidays so the room costs a lot more. I passed by many similar class hotels and the exterior were just as bad. Renovations were still ongoing but did not create much noise or disturbance. Hopefully the owner will also renovate the reception area and the exterior of the building There were no seating area for guests at the reception and also no toilets available tp use except in your room.
We booked a standatd twin room and it was a pleasant surprise to see two queen sized beds. The room was renovated and spacious. ex However there were no luggage holder so you will have to place your suitcase on the floor.
Location was convenient. From the hotel, turning left leads you to Sankeng train station (5 minutes walk), which is very convenient to get to Shifen waterfall or Ruifang station. Turning right will lead you to Miaokou night market as well as the Renai morning market. The bus stop at Zhongsi Road (opposite the Renai market) is just 5 minutes walk and bus 791 (coastal route) will bring you directly to Bitoujiao, enroute you can also visit Zhengbin colorful houses, Heping park, Badouzi area."
We are a group of friends who have met because of faith and volunteer service. We were born, raised, or moved to Keelung in Keelung. We want to introduce Keelung’s cultural history and natural landscape to everyone and want to create some employment opportunities for our loved ones. I wanted to provide affordable leisure services for travelers in Keelung, and the idea of "light travel" was born.
In 2018, "Light Inn" finally came true.
Our original life was completely renewed because of the true light of God. The light travel was named Light Inn; there was Light Inn and Light Inn. The hardware design of the inn starts with a bundle of light that leads to a bedroom room, a walkway, a saloon, and Light In's design ingenuity. The Chinese name "light travel" - a brisk, light travel tour. Traveling in life, the bag is lighter, the pace is lighter, and the mood will naturally be brisk. We hope that everyone who comes to "Light Travel" can easily stay and travel happily.
"The landlady is very friendly and helpful. It's close to the train station, transfer station, and Miaokou Night Market, so transportation is super convenient. Plus, there's a spacious common room. Sitting by the window and enjoying the beautiful view of Keelung Harbor really helps you relax."

The hotel does not have an elevator, but a luggage lift is available for your convenience.
"Pros: The room was very new, the bathroom was large and clean, and it had a bidet toilet.
The hostel is right next to the night market, and there are PX Mart and 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient.
Cons: There was a smell of smoke on the first floor.
There was a karaoke bar nearby; you could hear what they were singing. It only got quiet around 11 pm.
The air conditioning was too strong when we first entered the room; the temperature was only 18 degrees Celsius.
There was no parking available.
There was no elevator except for luggage.
Breakfast was not provided. The toilet was clogged overnight and couldn't be repaired immediately. The next morning, they opened another empty room for us to use the toilet, and the toilet was repaired then, but it was still inconvenient.
The sensor-operated lid and flushing of the bidet toilet took some getting used to; you might flush while using the toilet or be startled by the lid."

"A fantastic hostel! I also met some wonderful roommates and had a great chat with them for a long time. Overall, it was a fantastic hostel!
The facilities were just like staying in a high-end five-star hotel—clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great!
There were only three of us staying that night, so it wasn't crowded at all. Everyone was very friendly. It was truly a wonderful hostel experience! ^^"

"This hotel is right in the city center, by the night market. It's pretty basic. The room isn't very big, but for the price, it's decent. It's really hard to find because it's located down a very narrow alleyway immediately to the left of a busy street. We had to drive around four times before we found it and dared to enter the alley. But it is accessible, and they even have a parking garage despite the limited space on the street."

"I always stay here when I go to Keelung.
- Great location (night market is within walking distance)
- Convenient underground parking
The air conditioning seems to be individually adjustable in each room, but even when turned off, cold air still comes in, making the room quite cold in the summer. I stayed here in late January this time, and it wasn't too cold then."

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is clean, the bathroom has plenty of water, and the bed is soft and comfortable! There is also parking space! Unfortunately, it was raining and the weather was bad, and I could hear the sound of dripping water.
The hotel seat is a bit remote, there are no shops nearby to buy things, the internal space is large, the facilities are sufficient, and the complimentary bath and shower supplies

The entrance of the hotel is located at a small alley, need to ask around at the shops if unable to locate it. Room is really tiny and small. But with this pricing, it is definitely what you get for what you pay. There is a mini fridge, a bathtub in the bathroom although space is very tiny. No elevator, use the stairs. Location is good, walking distance near to MiaoKou Night Market. Is acceptable for those who just want to have a hot shower and put up a night.
