"We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate.
We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good!
Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore.
The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport.
It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location!
Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!"

They were always patient and meticulous in providing the most thoughtful advice when I asked about local attractions and transportation, instantly making me feel the friendliness and warmth of Chengdu. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a cozy and elegant style. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The bathroom facilities were clean and modern, with good water pressure. "My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu."

"The location is easy to find and very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it's not on a busy street, so it's very quiet. The hotel is a standalone building with complete facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, and a laundry room. The ladies at the front desk were all very gentle and provided attentive service. We were traveling with a child and they proactively reserved a stroller for us, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, and you could even enjoy Chengdu's local snacks right at the hotel – it was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea pastries were also delicious. The staff knew we had a child and proactively changed the bedding every day. They also provided children's disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was the lack of a children's step stool, which made it a bit difficult for our child to reach the sink, but the front desk brought a stool which helped solve the problem. Chengdu is an inclusive city, and we would choose this place again if we have the chance!"

"I had a truly unforgettable birthday here 🎂. The room type was amazing, offering panoramic views of Chengdu city from the 30th floor. IishayayI booked this guesthouse to give my kids more space. Overall, it was pretty good. The bedding was exceptionally clean and meticulous, making it comfortable to see and use! The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help and respond to our requests. Many thanks!
Now, for a few drawbacks:
1. First, it was hard to find because it's on the second floor of a large building with unclear signage.
2. The internal staircase is very narrow; we joked it was like climbing the Great Wall. My husband even fell down the stairs, so you really need to be careful!
3. The bathroom was very basic, and the sink area wasn't very clean.
4. They provided disposable towels, which I'm not used to using. They didn't feel like they cleaned effectively.
Overall, the guesthouse's location is excellent, the staff are great, and we slept comfortably! The cleanliness was acceptable.

The service was very thoughtful and polite. The complimentary afternoon tea and snacks were a lifesaver for a first-time visitor – no need to go looking for food elsewhere. The ambiance blends traditional Chinese with modern touches, a style young people would definitely appreciate. I heard there are live music performances too, but I was too busy exploring and eating to catch one. The room was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Xiao Li and Xiao Zhao were particularly attentive and dedicated in their service.

GGuest UserChoosing Hilton Garden Inn for my Chengdu trip was a great decision! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours, and it was quite cold outside, but as soon as I got to the front desk, the staff immediately offered me hot water. Initially, I'd only arranged breakfast for one day, but after a quick chat, they generously extended it for the following days too, which was a wonderful surprise.
The breakfast selection was quite diverse, featuring local specialties like 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), noodles with various toppings, and 'boboji' (skewers in chili oil), all of which were delicious and hit the spot. Upon entering the room, I found welcome fruits and a card. On my second morning, the front desk lady even gave me some excellent recommendations for local food and drink spots nearby, which was very helpful.
The hotel's location is also fantastic – it's quiet despite being central, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, my experience was excellent!

Whether it was the public hot springs or the private onsen in our room, everything helped us unwind and relax. The facilities were superb too: complimentary bicycles, lakeside leisure activities, a clean and comfortable room, and fresh welcome fruits – every detail spoke of quality.
Taylor's service was absolutely top-notch, warm and professional throughout. From a smooth check-in with a thorough introduction to the hotel facilities and helpful tips for the hot springs, to proactively responding to our various needs during our stay, she was quick and efficient in handling everything, whether it was asking about local attractions or needing extra items. What truly touched us was her attentiveness; she noticed our preferences and subtly provided delightful surprises. This level of unexpected care made us feel genuinely valued and warm inside.
This vacation not only offered the comfort of natural hot springs, beautiful surroundings, and rich amenities, but we were also deeply impressed by Taylor's thoughtful service. Her professionalism and genuine attitude elevated the luxury resort experience beyond just the hardware. I've already recommended this hotel to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time. A big thank you to Taylor for such a wonderful experience!

I frequently stay at Qiuguo. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kuanzhai Alley, which allows you to experience the different vibes of Kuanzhai Alley during the day and night. There are many great food options nearby. If you're heading to Tianfu Airport, you can take a taxi to the South Station and then catch Line 18, which is also very quick. A great experience overall.

In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
