"Great value for money as rooms are clean & plenty car parking space. Location is quiet for good sleep plus walking distance for good delicious food. room is just nice for two, front desk staffs are friendly but some rooms should go through minor maintenance"

"Really pleasant stay, with beautifully designed interiors and rooms. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms, look new, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately I didn’t take too many photos to capture this, except one of the bed (with AI to remove people inside the photo). The exterior of the hotel is nicer than the trip.com photos make it look 🙃 The room was comfortable, with soft yet substantial pillows and a mattress for people who prefer firmer beds. Points for improvement would be a small number of available power outlets in the room, and a big lack of counter space in the toilet to place toiletries, make-up etc. Last but not least, service was very quick and friendly. Great place for a comfortable stay away from the bustle."

"KSL Hot Spring Hotel is a great stay for a relaxing city getaway. The room was clean, spacious, cozy and very comfortable. The bed was especially amazing—super comfy for a good night’s sleep. Loved the city view in both the morning and night, very calming and beautiful. The facilities were a big plus too: gym room, swimming pool, jogging track, hot spring pool and playground, suitable for couples or family stays. A nice balance of comfort and recreation. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities and worth returning for another relaxing escape."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. "Stayed here from March 24th to 29th. The experience was very satisfying! The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it was really cool 👍. The internet was also fast and stable—great for work or streaming. The location is also strategic, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"We arrived at 1pm and the unit was ready for check in which was awesome. During inspection of the unit found the flooring in the living room was broken and it would move if u stepped on it. This was simply covered by a carpet. Took a video and sent to their whatsapp but was not acknowledged. Then came the common toilet right beside the living room. Firstly had a very foul smell, the shower wasnt draining well and the bidet was broken and made my pants all wet when i turned it on. The smell got worse throughout our stay and we just choose not to use the common toilet at all. They only give 1 access card but u can request one more from the lobby. But makesure ask them if the card can be used for carpark entrance. After check out we left our bags at the lobby and was chrged rm10/bag for storage while we went last minute shopping. Oh also u cant access the mall after 10pm. So if youre taking a cab makesure u drop off at the residents instead of mall entrance"

"Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋"

The reception team was professional and highly efficient, and the housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring my room was spotless daily. It was a perfect combination of comfort and quality service.
