"Hotel or hostel at the Last stop of coach T73 which we took after transfer from T75 from Grenoble bus station ( next to the Grenoble train station) using one ticket at €7 plus per person. We bought at the train station ticket counter but you could buy direct from driver too. We tried some of the free ski bus shuttle routes eg Line 1, 2, 3, 4."

"So lots of good things. The location was great and the rooms really nice with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and friendly . Breakfast was really good with plenty of food and restocked all the time. We were half board and evening meals were very limited with only the same 3 (sometimes4) choices every night so if didn’t like one or want to pay the extra for steak we ended up eating same meal 4 times in a week. Not always a dish of the day. My only other complaint was rooms not cleaned. The bins were emptied and fresh towels but that was it and for 3600 euros for 3 people I expected sheets to be changed maybe once and bathrooms cleaned. I would return but not at that price. Thank you to great staff."

"The stay went well, despite the mediocre comfort of the sofa bed and the fact that the sheets weren't made despite the "comfort" package being selected at the time of booking. It's also a shame that parking isn't included in the apartment price (an extra €25) and that there isn't a common room for groups. Otherwise, the location is excellent. The welcome was very warm and the staff friendly."

"This hotel is very basic, room was not cleaned before we arrived even the dishwasher was full of dirty pots, and the bathroom mirror was covered in water marks/toothpaste. Bed very uncomfortable, rubbish pillows. Sofa had stains and what looked like mould. Light fitting/shade in bedroom was hanging loose with wires showing. Noise from in corridoor was very loud. Overall would not stay here again, the only positive was that it is fairly close to one of the ski lifts."
