"The hotel is conveniently located right on the lake shore. It's strange that guests have to pay extra for parking – 200 KGS per day. Lunch and dinner are served individually, with no choice of dishes. The portions are large, but we didn't eat everything. Breakfast is a buffet and quite acceptable. There are many families with children, and the soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear children shouting in the corridors and rooms until late at night. The rooms are clean, with great floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wonderful view."

The owners were welcoming and friendly and always up for a chat. In the evening at the campfire pleasant conversations with other travelers. The food is also excellent."

"Pros - one block to a beach. Fairly clean. Cons- Off putting approach through ramshackle buildings. Very small room, about 14 sq meters. No AC. No alcohol allowed or served. No overnight desk person, which was a problem because there were two rooms with loud parties until after midnight. There are two buildings and the connection between them involves a small rabbit warren of steps and turns. Just a very odd building. No elevator. No lobby but can sit in the restaurant."

"First, they put identification bracelets (like dog collars) on us. They checked us into an uncleaned room without even telling us. Then they made up the bed with such sheets. But, they fixed everything, and overall, for those looking for a luxurious vacation, I recommend it. The lake is nearby, but they don't provide towels. The bedding is modest, overall a three out of five. Maybe for Kyrgyzstan, this is amazing, but I'm used to more comfortable conditions."

"Brand new accommodation situated on farm at end of a beautiful alpine valley. Large rooms with good en suite. Beautiful views from large windows. No furniture in room apart from bedside table and beds- a chair or luggage rack would have been helpful but as we only stayed one night it wasn’t a problem. Excellent food in dining room. Tasty generous evening meal and excellent breakfast. The best porridge we had in 3 weeks in Central Asia! Spotlessly clean and lovely sitting areas outside. Highly recommend"

It should be considered a very new hotel in the local area. Of course, the price is also relatively expensive in the local area. 3. There are no slippers and toothbrushes in the room, the curtains do not block the light, and there is no bottled water. This is not what it should be at this price. 4. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. The two girls, especially one who can speak English, are quite funny. I told her I liked that she spoke Russian. This needs to be praised. 5. The highlight is actually the restaurant on the first floor of this hotel. It should be regarded as a very good local restaurant. Someone happened to be having a party and the dishes for the banquet were beautifully cooked. The restaurant environment is very good and the prices are extremely cheap. The steak was really huge. A steak for 1,400 som can feed my whole family, so unfortunately I order too many dishes. I can always be extravagant and don't like waste. "There is no entrance at the given address, and the entrance is on another street. However, since there is no sign, it is difficult to find the accommodation. There was no TV in the room and Wi-Fi was not available inside the accommodation. For drinks, we had to pour water from a large container placed in the hallway, which was quite inconvenient. Although the property has a total of 12 rooms, we were the only guests during our stay. At night, there were no staff members on site, which created an unsettling atmosphere. There was no prior information about breakfast, so in the morning we had to call the number posted on the wall to request it. Breakfast was brought to our room at 8:23 a.m., but since there was only one chair in the room, we would have had to eat on the floor. For this reason, we decided to skip breakfast. We booked this accommodation for two nights but ended up checking out after just one night. Relying on the single positive review was a mistake, and unfortunately, this experience had a negative impact on our visit to Issyk-Kul Lake."

"The hotel is 10 minutes from Cholpan-Ata. The entrance is not the most obvious. They open the gates for 50 som, but sometimes it's free. Why? Because! The hotel looks very new and modern. The staff is wonderful! The rooms are not very large. There are some issues with the quality of the plumbing and materials, but overall, I liked it. The WiFi is excellent. Breakfast is limited, but it was delicious. And overall, I liked the restaurant. It's a shame there is no alcohol. The lake is right next to the hotel, and the beach is sandy. I definitely recommend it!"
